我听说。IBM如果在加拿大买的话就安装不成汉语的东西，

还有~我就快来这里了，有什么必要的东西应该带过来？？
给我一些意见，说实话，我都想把我家里的东西都搬过来，
因为我特别喜欢家里的那些玩意儿，但这是绝对不可能的，
所以郁闷阿~

As I know, it's not convenient to buy IBM in canada, at least in edmonton. Last year I tried many times to contact ibm canada ltd. to buy T42 laptop. They told me there is no store or agency in alberta, and I can pay via credit card or any other payable cheque/money order, however, when I asked how longI could get the product after the payment, they even didn't tell me an envaluated time. After lots of email contacts, they wouldn't tell me any information about it only if the payment is done. It makes me unhappy that costomers are not always god???Moreover, they even donot have this model of products yet, they evaluate it will be in stock three months after my order being made...and not sure about it! At last I bought a sony laptop in sonystore, ...Anyway, sony laptop is much much worse than IBM!

6 c  o  Z% W! AIBM is actually more expensive in China. And some models are not available. If you have friends in U.S who can buy one for you, that is a good choice. Anyway, sometimes you can buy IBM laptops if fortunately, in some special events(like sometimes U of Alberta has similiar events, I saw the ads in the campus newpaper "The Gateway").

Any computer bought in Canada can use chinese...You can choose the option of windows area to China in control pannel(windows xp). Or you can reinstall a chinese edition wondows yourself, it's easy!

为什么说用不了中文啊？中文绝对可以，不过在爱城很少见到IBM就是真的。
