Responsibilities:
1 i. ^. I( f+ N, h3 I4 z5 eWorking as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:
5 E8 o7 X- ~* T i2 R5 i$ Y& c Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.# ^, n8 K$ l4 V! c% O9 p8 e
 Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.6 d i' F- d+ ]3 D; Z- i
 Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle. - H& u: b' H5 u! Y" a4 Q! Y% W
Qualifications:4 s; P: S8 `- i- o2 [4 ]4 E
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
