Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
$ n& {) n2 R& w( B$ q; O* E0 j" j+ l-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
6 B5 [( H5 H3 K-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
- F# \- ~/ u! `0 l3 r-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
% u. [6 [' J3 y' u- c. p' w0 w-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
6 N  |0 O& v; I" b5 W4 v" i-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

7 Z' M: e7 S, e0 V% M-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
7 v9 q8 g3 W0 N' w$ y. l3 ~-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
