Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
2 K7 Q! K% k" `  T: M-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
  }" e; U9 \$ p3 R! F! I( ^" q-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
* E# Z2 o4 P7 w4 O9 m8 d-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
4 }( M9 J3 ~7 a* f& M-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
$ P& f; ^! M: j2 K! S4 X) d-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
% B: p$ p' `- d-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
