3 b7 }$ K" t& kJob Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
4 F, E1 k; t! V-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
; C/ L. l" b0 {9 i4 ?" {% |4 x-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
8 c' @( t$ c6 j2 N7 I7 c% [-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

$ b- r" y! I4 G. ?-        Completion of secondary school is required
% K/ G0 v; z5 q! M-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
3 e1 A" y7 a7 o-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
- _* ]( J( ]" B# E* j  h-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
