Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- U5 G! W+ R- F2 c5 q; V-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
# Y2 k+ j# U8 c' M4 q, B-        Sell merchandise to customers
' c/ U0 n  F+ `$ e% L* W1 a-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
* ~& H( y, h, k- x* V8 T-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
. f! `% N+ F! c! }  d-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

( K2 G7 c5 G; v8 }Employment Requirements:

% ^+ x4 ?7 p; \/ O# ~/ d-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
: P/ `3 n: H6 z. `-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
& l# z+ b5 y5 t2 e-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
