今天刚去看了Rutherford phase 7 Duplex 的show room， 感觉不错！请大家指教一下那个区怎么样？还有那些房子的质量怎么样？我也不知道那个builder, 好像是Pacesetter Home. 如果要买新建的房子，还有没有bargin 的余地啊？请各位高人指点！

  D) r  U; n% B- Z# D6 @一个朋友也介绍我去那个区看了，听她说这个builder不错，好像叫stunning or sterling somthing，他们以前的一个户型设计获过奖。我自己也过去看了
1 n+ n6 l$ n! t; c) j5 w( L只是觉得Rutherford太远了，唉，看房子真是个头疼的事儿啊

By their website, they have been in business for quite a long time. It's not a small one. But I heard of that sterling home has a better quality but a little bit more in price.

They might still have a few lots for 1352 sq.ft duplex avalable. And it gives me an impression that sterling's design looks wilder. That's why I choose theirs.

how about riverbend? the duplex and townhose almost the same. My agent will bring me to see 3 duplex and 1 townhouse on next week. Did you buy a house on that area? i meant Rutherford

Yes, I got one from Sterling Home in Ruthford. Check their lots still available here: http://www.sterlingsquared.ca/. Price is there and it's negotiable.
