为什么要等以后用?应该快点用才是!因为这个政策是2009年才开始的, 以前都没有, - The HBTC is a non-refundable tax credit for certain homebuyers who acquire a qualifying home after January 27, 2009, that is - closing after this date. 另外, 政府的政策每年不见得一样,所以如果现在能用就快点用吧!
