1. What do you want, then go ahead with what you want. Don't follow the developer. However common sense on certain points should be compromised. (e.g. you can not ask for moon as you know the developer can not pick up moon for you)4 Z/ b4 q6 T; r* v
2. Clauses in the contract should be equal. If you don't feel comfortable for certain clauses, you can ask the developer to take it out or amend it.
