Just find out that Italkbb charged more for this month. I called the service phone 1-877-482-5503 and was told from now they are going to charge 11.5% tax even if we are in Alberta. : V( Q! ]3 \- ^7 m1 r5 J3 }5 C
% ~- x) [" P/ q# W6 o# vI remember we had the same issue about 1 year ago. After lots of complaining, Italkbb changed it back to 5% tax. But now they want to charge 11.5% again. Please check out your bill this month.

严重质疑这种行为是否合法。不知道大家斗争的结果如何？
