Landlords can be reported to Alberta Health Services if a tenant feels publienjoyedmontontive officers are employed to enforce public health standards. They have the power to inspect premises to determine if you are complying with public health regulations. If you do not allow entry to the premises, the executive officer can apply for a court order. If the property is inspected and it is determined that public health standards are not being met, the officer can issue a number of different orders. The orders include declarations that the premises are unfit for human habitation, that the premises should be vacated, or that work should be carried out on the property to ensure compliance with standards. You can appeal to the Public Health Board.3 M/ K& `5 q% ]# E/ @1 S
