AB省3月14号有个新政策叫Compulsory and optional trades criteria 。$ B+ Q; f. i+ `* s
主要是说技术工人获得亚省的等级证书可以自主申请省提名

This criteria applies to all supervisors, foremen and tradespeople working in a compulsory or optional trade in Alberta.# w% M- j; w2 U$ _

The criteria for the Compulsory and Optional Trades Category (includes but is not limited to): : n/ }: }! s" u" q7 Z
8 z4 v, C( h( A3 W1 X8 C) O vYou must intend to and be able to live and work permanently in Alberta. 4 {# a7 p0 x/ W' l
You must have an Alberta Qualification Certificate in a compulsory or optional trade. If you have met all the requirements for the Alberta Qualification Certificate Program, Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) will issue you an Alberta Qualification Certificate in your respective trade. After you receive your trade certificate, AIT will send you a letter inviting you to apply to the AINP Strategic Recruitment Stream.
6 `' C+ Z$ o- O. s0 M) w" g/ xYou must have an AINP invitation letter from AIT. If you do not have an AINP invitation letter from AIT, your application will be declined. ' T; L3 d+ e9 W: Z9 H
You must be residing in Alberta at the time of application and show that you have a valid work permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) in the trade in which you are certified. . r1 L3 [7 }0 `5 C4 h4 f0 P' U4 a0 \6 K
You must show, at the time of application, that you are either currently working in your trade for an Alberta Employer or have previously worked in your trade with an Alberta Employer for a minimum of six months in the past two years.
# y* f2 I) I6 eIf you meet these criteria, make sure you review the How to Apply section before you submit your application. If your application does not meet AINP criteria, it will be declined. If your application is not complete, it will be returned to you. " s+ X3 n6 F" ^4 c: J
: Z* l5 I- u7 W- U0 N以前只能是Compulsory 类别的工种（共19类）而且必须有AB的证书和邀请信才可以申请省提名，3月14号以后政府又加上了31种Optional Trades 要求和Compulsory 的一样，AB的证书和邀请信才可以申请移民，不用雇主担保（省去了雇主的省提名名额）。下面是31类工种 h: e& ^! n @$ F) i

2 y# L/ C6 M; ~我是Optional Trades 中的一类COOK， 经验已经达到亚省的要求了54个月,如果审核通过要参加亚省的理论考试，合格以后会发邀请函，可是我去了DOWN TOWN的tradesecrets 询问有没有相关的学习资料，他们自己都说不出来。有网友知道相关的学习资料吗？网上有给一些参考书但是我看了下,加拿大的RED SEAL 考题也不过是从这几本书里出题，亚省的考试只不过是个Journeyperson 的Qualification Certificate 。RED SEAL 和Journeyperson Qualification Certificate 的考试有什么区别，有没有在NAIT 学厨师进来帮忙解答一下。!
