Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
8 \* ~3 l& \$ t! n2 _player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal l2 t c7 ?) n: n+ j, h; b0 T
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).$ v; |8 c l" Q- L+ g4 M7 C4 j* L
& q, o0 O( y9 X8 A9 bTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.3 B% J4 ?) y3 ~, t/ J) P; j* g) t

Job Qualification, ?7 ?6 b9 L) N* @; m" z
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
U* B! w" L6 O0 @ M0 m% kMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s: F! `6 ^. z1 }$ ?& i* C0 w
School); _, `" v4 E. z3 W5 |+ M g
Must have supervisory experience
, ?8 {' p) i# u& ~Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system+ S4 J7 Z, u1 I6 W3 n
Must be computer literate- m9 A6 ~- v$ }8 y$ y- r$ [
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.! j7 [4 B0 }3 d$ v/ c- h
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network

Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already' D, ]9 B2 x8 j$ ~- V& k) v0 Y w
