Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
5 d* C% U7 k4 f2 q! i& k. l. Pplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal2 A; J+ L* l" P% o9 y7 K! P- ]
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

R$ G0 eTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.4 A' ]" x5 h% c: ?# b

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
C4 b% _/ b0 B- I9 C8 d2 hMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s% a" m* W* b( M, p
School)
! F# T+ h) ?) J8 q3 U# d5 E" M: wMust have supervisory experience; W6 S( P# E. q- Z; s* o" {
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
( ?4 _) G6 A9 c9 d! k: _2 xMust be computer literate% w, L' j) @* G! R# N
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.) v6 E" P, y' j. b9 I; l% Q0 c" w
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network6 d9 `% b+ e' _' H( `
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills4 Z7 q a# r7 b6 n' \7 I( Z
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
& e% d! k' R4 g, aestablish team.
