FUNCTION:
) C3 d8 z6 O* G- _' Z, nThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

  T) ?: v% Z) p! b( S% u( eDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
: {. I- r" K! r/ v•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
; G8 j! M1 M1 [) S•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
5 B. a! r2 C: B4 A•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
& l5 w. q: u7 ^: f•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

•        High attention to detail.
