FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

7 T  [5 B4 p* KDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 C" b" t" x: Y) s. L•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
; c: T8 F  t8 E•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

; {, h, S0 X2 Z% F5 pSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- `5 ^, p- O& h& ?+ q/ a# K6 i•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
% m0 L1 e0 n+ X1 X: ]0 M•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
