This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
5 a! e) ]/ K4 d! c4 L, K2 T•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

3 L3 r" J. c) ^7 TSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
/ ]3 |# Z2 E+ X* o. m•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
$ k* t, j& _9 J1 Y) H•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
; e: v9 P+ P8 l4 Q•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
