 Engage with and build a professional trusting relationship with newcomers, treating them with dignity and in line with the values of the Bredin Institute.

 Work with newcomers in assessing their needs and a needs-based settlement plan.

 Ensure that newcomers know and understand their entitlements.

 Cooperatively with the client, develop an individualized service plan.

 Assist clients in maintaining a job or in identifying barriers/issues that keep clients from obtaining/maintaining employment
1 l. T( v9 N5 B, Q% L Assist clients with obtaining required documentation for working in their profession in Canada
, Q5 e" v0 Z( ?6 D# k& c9 V8 X Develop and maintain knowledge of current programs and services available for participants

 Complete 90 and 180 day follow up with client after training completion
