Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
+ m* f, n! M& Q& D§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
& X4 ^5 w* T; P0 @/ Q8 o6 Y: v§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

2 K8 |& U! R9 v5 X/ uPreferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
' D+ K6 z; G" r§ Valid Drivers License
% N8 I! S# U3 Q7 V2 Y. V5 v§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
5 k0 y3 G" y6 E- u. l: G) `0 h' e2 g§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
8 k. W) p' p9 p2 M) w: m5 K% B6 C§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
