Position Summary:
, h1 R. @) q) u This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. ' o% _- u9 ^0 A, t. I1 M

• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
: m$ |2 ^# g! _' o• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs- G0 j- n4 E' K/ F2 L
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols; _; J, N: G! q4 K" l7 E' W
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing8 Z: X: f% T/ k6 L- V
- T6 R. K; j0 vPreferred Qualifications
: k& P5 m% ~& s f4 I+ V• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
4 J+ V! {$ Y" c$ y7 v. C, G4 o! w• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
7 i! A- b5 o j R" x3 c |• Experience in project management & report writing 0 k2 V' O2 U- Q( n0 T
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
