Position Summary:
. G& l. r! h! d  s6 w6 S6 U        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

1 g0 A4 w5 V# Z8 _9 {/ fResponsibilities
% s% p2 T/ N- T•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
& i: [6 \8 c7 G$ c  K•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
$ F# {$ _9 D+ A•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
; b% P1 f# t( P+ h8 S) s•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

1 `9 O  @7 p9 D: b+ lPreferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
, z1 k- e6 R: t, d6 [•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
/ P) Q' E0 J9 d3 ^( F•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
