昔日二者分别,显而易见,现今房子设计多变,两者界线,渐趋模糊,A/B, 有人说是BUNGALOW,也有认定为BI LEVEL者,如果MAIN FLOOR具足一切生活居住必需设施/FEATURE,A/B皆为BUNGALOW无疑, 其DEVELOPED BASEMENT只为ADDITIONAL SPACE而已. 说了这麽多,意为指出今日市场资讯混乱之现象.
