诚意急问大家，领取EI的要求是什么？自身有病导致工作不了可以么？

如题

我有一个亲人有严重的腰痛（据说是风湿和别的一个病），导致不能久坐，久站，不能受风，受寒，不能提重物超过5斤，而且会复发。卧床休息为宜。
这样的情况，也经过家庭医生鉴定了。可不可以申请EI呢？

是不是要工作满600小时才可以？如果这些小时数满了，但是工作是自己辞职的，在病发前辞职的。6月底辞职的，7月初发病的，突然性的发病。

小时数还算不算呢？
应该去哪儿申请呢？
有没有网站可以看得呢？

真心实意请大家帮助！

只要工作小时够,你的条件应该符合. 不过你是自己主动辞职的,而非因病辞职. 会不会批,得去问政府的人.

病假EI由医生填单，自己寄，100%拿到。单子下载。否则不行。

还有，自己辞职可以，医生单子晚一点也正常。

一般如果因为工作长期同一姿势导致的 Soft tissue damage, 可以申请公司的WCB，同时也可以让专人到公司提供建议如何避免。
如果WCB 过了，也可以短暂申请公司的伤残保险中的 STD Short Term Disability，几个月后还没好就可以转 Long Term Disability.

以上申请的，会比 E I 的钱来的多。

不过我有2个问题。
您所说的医生指的是家庭医生么？我亲戚她有家庭医生的。然后在这个周一的时候也有大EMS急救车去了大学医院，那边都是有记录的。因为当时非常严重到已经不能走路。

还有就是这个单子在哪儿下载呢？

请麻烦给一个连接好么？

给预主动辞职充足的理由解释，是可以申请EI并争取得到批准的，详见：
www.servicecanada.gc.ca

To receive EI regular benefits, you need to show that leaving your employment voluntarily was the only reasonable alternative in your case, given the circumstances.

If you leave your employment without considering all the measures or resonable alternatives available to you, you will need to explain why you did not consider these measures or resonalbe alternatives.
The reason listed below may be just cause for leaving your employment voluntarily:
your working conditions are dangerous to your health and safety.
