any 评价 regarding "South callaghan townhouse"

Hi

My friend is looking for a brand new townhouse.

He likes the price and size of the unit in South Callaghan townhouse.

Anybody has some ideas about builder, reputation and any suggestion about whether is worthy to buy?

Thank you for sharing information.

We don't feel comfortable since they don't give us detail information such as if there are not enough buyer to buy, when do they start to build? Also, when we talked about configuration in the unit, i feel everything is flexible and negotiable.

I have no any idea about this "hiding builder" and wonder there is any risk.

Anyway, we will check it out.
