: C# T% a* a2 Z; b; uCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

, N- W! X! O& `  I) sDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

  O, v* T* K& P9 N8 G/ c( U Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
- d  t# n, z3 n8 S Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
* e8 f# w$ B( K5 E( k& Y Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
6 o) M1 P( U  P, v, u Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
0 h) u+ D" i  Z# G Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
% P: E* ]/ _+ G% H9 h Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
4 H9 k" e6 L0 n1 T Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
' |. Y: Z! O& t+ H; a8 D0 e Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
