BAGGAGE FEE UPDATE

Air Canada is revising its checked baggage policy for tickets issued on/after
  v1 u. y, I" vSeptember 7, 2011, for travel on/after October 11, 2011 for clients with an
Economy Class ticket as follows:

% R" q9 N7 g* u5 f9 I- t1 y9 NFor travel between Canada and the United States*, a first bag fee of $25 CAD/USD applies;
) c6 a3 o2 S) kFor travel between Canada/USA and Africa, the Middle East and Russia/Asia** and Australia/South America***, a second bag fee of $70 CAD/USD applies.
6 C, T7 I' S; u- @" t" rAlso effective for tickets issued on/after September 7, for travel on/after October 11,
Star Alliance™ Silver and clients who are not a part of Air Canada's Top Tier program holding an Executive Class®/First® ticket will be able to check two bags at no cost instead of three bags.

5 l* |  v" y) C; _* CThe second baggage fees already in place for Economy Class travel to/from the Canada, USA, the Caribbean, Europe and India will remain unchanged:

Within Canada, to/from Mexico, Costa Rica and the Caribbean****: $20 CAD/USD
# Q' r; C% ]; kTo/from USA including Hawaii: $35 CAD/USD
To/from Europe/India: $70 CAD/USD

9月7号之前订的往返机票，10月11号之前走，但是10月11号之后回来。
这种情况要加钱吗？要加的话，加多少？

7日前出票，但是是在10日后飞中国的什么政策

9月7号之前买的票第二件行李应该不用交钱。
