September 7, 2011, for travel on/after October 11, 2011 for clients with an
Economy Class ticket as follows:

$ g$ d6 N9 D4 M: q- X; i1 L& e7 }7 AFor travel between Canada and the United States*, a first bag fee of $25 CAD/USD applies;
For travel between Canada/USA and Africa, the Middle East and Russia/Asia** and Australia/South America***, a second bag fee of $70 CAD/USD applies.
9 s( l& h  Q, k8 w, dAlso effective for tickets issued on/after September 7, for travel on/after October 11,
+ O; ~' a/ I* K7 gStar Alliance™ Silver and clients who are not a part of Air Canada's Top Tier program holding an Executive Class®/First® ticket will be able to check two bags at no cost instead of three bags.

The second baggage fees already in place for Economy Class travel to/from the Canada, USA, the Caribbean, Europe and India will remain unchanged:

9月7号之前订的往返机票，10月11号之前走，但是10月11号之后回来。

9月7号之前买的票第二件行李应该不用交钱。
