请教护照照片问题

想申请公民，移民局对照片有要求，所以想知道：
) Z, a5 H0 E( m% e! y1. 可否自己拿近期（6个月内的）照的证件照去冲洗成为规定的尺寸？会不会被退档啊？
1 m# Y; A2 C9 r5 d  _2. 还是必须去照相馆照成规定的尺寸的照片？
