person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining4 h8 z8 U9 c$ l3 Y9 Y# b x& A+ F

Responsibilities:
/ ?. g7 |- X3 h* E# M; ]$ ?· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
/ A; x& c+ q1 `& y· Verify pricing and availability of product;7 h. R: T$ O* W5 e1 p2 W
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;6 @2 q6 I8 {$ O: ]
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
6 U) A; B4 [2 A/ W' e2 n· Collect payments for cash account orders;
0 z2 L" S) Z2 ]6 Q) Q( V· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;5 L. Y5 J( v# }& q2 F0 r
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;7 C3 s+ b) \ q1 h: |
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
9 m- g- ?% D2 N) L$ \% }: q% Fdatabase;! }: Q0 x/ }. r* X% j: ?9 C
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
6 A& g9 p( ~! A& i2 P% T· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;3 ^$ \3 Z" B, o, M7 X0 d; B
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
3 U2 X% E' g5 w( FQualifications/Requirements:
2 [; P7 j' r" B4 n F4 g" J' q· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
2 h# v8 a* j, B0 jlasting relationships with customers;
7 K5 s' k A- e9 Y8 ?4 m· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;( r3 s- j: K' M( m# |% @
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
L5 T" M- {+ S, A6 W+ A· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
8 W. q5 M+ a+ g' N2 y% \6 }4 C· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);: x0 z E' e) z9 L
· Excellent organizational skills;
