Role/Function:

person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:$ u5 v' n! G; S* g+ G$ k$ A8 }
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
( X7 ?; {! r. D' d· Verify pricing and availability of product;( Q3 J! ~7 a4 g+ y6 o. J$ x9 `1 s/ k
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
; z; H1 @% R0 P5 q I1 i· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;( k g3 Z$ _6 b
· Collect payments for cash account orders;5 K# d4 ]& c% x4 \8 n5 i; z
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;& i6 i6 m4 I& Z
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;7 I1 I3 v2 l3 U
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate5 {* |' w$ ]0 N1 f. n: l
database;
, p* b8 g) O7 r: O3 V$ Y- f· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;

Qualifications/Requirements:0 h# P0 B( L) i0 O" d7 C8 }$ _
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
" z( j+ Z: a Xlasting relationships with customers;
- O4 M; u! I7 X! e3 K0 D· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;2 @) m) C! J. f$ Y+ R
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
