The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
/ j+ d7 m4 Y+ D, x# Y( yperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

) b6 B A3 Q' ]* g9 S* V9 ~8 Q3 y· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
7 e0 t) X3 D- S+ u( @: I0 f· Verify pricing and availability of product;
/ T# P- K) c3 I7 h! c! @; Q& P· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
7 m G8 O( {9 ? z/ r# s/ m! O3 v· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
. N- F. x$ z6 J% c3 }· Collect payments for cash account orders;
7 F3 `9 D4 h$ X1 L6 Y& X' n& Y. M; ?· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;) N& e; U& D+ n1 M) C6 W
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
" k/ \7 B: A6 y· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
" m2 X' c: {8 N9 M4 H1 Ydatabase;
$ |$ A2 v& F ^· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
8 N( \. P) s% J, S; \$ J: Q7 X· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;9 E+ J( b/ ]4 B0 ~' X* |/ s
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;4 }3 C4 e+ n8 b, V& r6 E
Qualifications/Requirements:
' v) Z7 ^+ y- v9 D" C- P) A2 T· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain/ e! T) D- F4 J/ Z
lasting relationships with customers;" B3 s9 {, M: p* F& O1 B
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;- P- e7 A$ J( N* j
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
9 T4 ^0 |, o5 {. }; u/ u· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
( I5 V4 M# x% l- ~: A$ {7 S/ m· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
