8 B/ p7 t5 E; ~+ i# ]# fThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in6 f- p4 |& U& k' {$ y$ }7 X  z0 b. R# r
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining7 D! c; d: D, T- q0 \
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet! ?6 f! @" w% M( ]+ y
client demands are key components of this position.! B# _+ z: s/ c  ]- _
Responsibilities:- D0 s9 U( p2 u  A( Z; k  g
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
% V) C/ F" c' m$ {& |" ~, }· Verify pricing and availability of product;: _* r5 M& s. M: R
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
$ ^; `! n& o3 ^  f· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
+ P1 ^, S$ H0 {9 i4 z· Collect payments for cash account orders;! Y) K" n$ o2 I+ ~, r
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;' `' e* S+ g9 g+ V5 g: p
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
; m! I2 o% L+ F; g& s* h/ E4 X* i· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
7 E% k3 t' _/ g" ~- B" j8 Q3 ~database;
8 D1 }  w5 D- O& p4 a1 _6 x· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
( c6 c7 f; y$ N# j: m5 @+ `· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;% U' T$ T  m# j" T' r" [, S8 k
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;7 O4 m, C4 W2 B8 ~2 b* t4 |
Qualifications/Requirements:$ }* C) _6 m- G! k7 c
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain6 _( B. y" H8 t* [2 C% {; i; \# a
lasting relationships with customers;0 Q5 g/ G3 \$ U8 k( i
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;/ g: s9 s. c5 E' x" A
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;8 B! U. Y2 O; Q# u* O
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;% {8 F6 ]3 d/ M  \- C
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);4 `& h5 a0 }+ U$ A1 ]- O! p/ ?
· Excellent organizational skills;8 M3 h& M/ E0 j
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
