The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in3 f8 `' M H8 K, q" [# g* a! S
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
h6 U! X" X4 I( [· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
9 u$ K9 `4 c. v' J" {. l· Verify pricing and availability of product;
' x1 a" ?; ^# ~+ U' p· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;+ J: a+ \1 ?2 j- z% X; w
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;7 t& t: C5 L% x, I4 z
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
F2 a& g1 J; ?* g· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
8 A+ n* M; g* x$ G, R& w· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
# k1 b" R+ l: z4 d( A; Y· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
& P) H; N7 L3 l. Ldatabase;, T S8 r4 T, S5 t, D: k' k: x
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
9 k: T' U3 ~) ^; G% d· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;5 h3 [( @6 n. U, x4 u
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
+ ]$ a" D9 m1 EQualifications/Requirements:
s: n# z- v9 t+ }+ B9 a· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain! F2 k! h I) `9 e
lasting relationships with customers; }8 h: w7 j+ Q( ?
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
) ]4 F6 A0 w' h5 ]5 Z! b. T· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
: e# S2 |( _0 C. Y. I( d· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
; I- N; \/ h+ X$ B· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);: `( H! Z. w% f7 I, w! [1 h# V
· Excellent organizational skills;
