+ N1 y7 ]2 Z7 g$ W6 U. m7 w" k& M-        Good programming skill and experience in Java or other languages
+ N5 M! f, w# R/ F. @8 J4 V8 F  b-        Good knowledge of XML
-        Knowledge of  Dublin Core, OAI, and XML databases preferred
  w8 A% u2 O* `6 m2 x3 P-        Interest in scholarly communication preferred

Primary duties:
-        Programming for searching citation databases on the Web
-        Programming for network analysis
