The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm. c G1 S9 _3 Q% w( L4 }

• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community9 E# Z1 Z) R) I
• Program implementation. v; }# F' a: @% x/ I5 a; g
• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
* h0 N- T/ A9 X+ w% F- \/ i( S! ^• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
4 I# f$ [$ C6 g3 O' W1 ?• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals5 R% J4 C& w* a
• Behavior management

• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

• Completion of a high school diploma$ ?. S5 W" @* c( z. g: T
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field( [& |+ @. A5 r, i
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
; N- U4 L: k/ e• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)

• Standard First Aid with CPR
