The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.* y0 ^, K3 c& ~, |% `

• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community2 S! ]9 i/ m7 i" G
• Program implementation
4 N( y+ J1 n4 x• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
! E$ K% ~2 l) d* M6 D• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
! L9 Y/ y/ H8 K" o• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals2 l& e+ n5 G, o& T

• Medication Administration
