地址：11360 139 Avenue. 此房只能卖给投资者，因为房客近几年不准备搬。如果我把房卖给自住的买家，房客必须搬走。他们一直很好，不好意思这样做。谢谢。

近几年有搬到别处的想法。房客是一对洋人夫妇，四十多岁，都有长期工作。无小孩和pets. they pay rents by postdated cheques . they give me 12 cheques all at once.

A new one year contract was Just renewed last month for $1195 per month plus utilities. The contract is renewable after this term. They may stay here for a long time.
