Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
" g, N1 F: t' @6 b& c- B•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
* H& b; m4 j' G6 S! P; I# a•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
2 d) z9 I! y5 [( ]. i•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
5 D& ]3 ^( g9 c* `% l•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
/ t2 m$ O. N  j$ h5 g% a4 Z6 @•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:

, u5 v0 D! D( X5 U8 e: _  w•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
" I- m' G6 W! z4 A- t5 J( R) J9 J•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
! f2 M. L" g$ E; F•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
