Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta

Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

* z. G/ o: n9 o# d8 G9 w8 j•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
2 Q3 ^1 I! D$ `6 c( m7 @•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
# G; q5 D' M" Z  H+ x•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

9 P$ d3 j. L) H6 |•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
