Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  B) s& C. t4 Y, V: U•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
3 Q) w" t2 V! o% W. t•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
; a9 o: o0 J4 @1 ]# f- |) _6 J•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
. w! T4 q5 h; u•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

+ Q. t  [' H" A. |3 v. A•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
5 `) C7 W( G& j. j/ n+ {•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
6 p: A1 j0 H' N9 k•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
