Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
% k' D5 N) t( i5 m: m. I; V•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
* r3 z7 b$ u4 {; I9 x•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9 U1 N. y* W0 ~& `4 d, r' }•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
' g6 P1 z" y( h" U* F% T$ z' w•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
0 D8 _4 }& Z1 g6 I•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

* A& O, f2 q# o8 a•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
9 O3 u) H6 e+ K( a•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
( N9 ]5 F* H$ @. w•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
