> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

3 b8 v6 `8 g: H1 ]0 J' T> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
3 Y) q* Q; q! z> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
4 J7 w$ N; E1 w! O> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
: b* Z( S' X( N# x> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
% ]3 V# k4 f) ^( ?+ m5 p> · On-call after hours support required

7 p. C3 H# G+ M: a* y6 h3 b. L5 C> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

# I- |& `4 W- i  n> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
' i) [4 d. M+ o' w/ W: b& x> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
. \/ e+ L$ u, z8 Y" P# j$ @> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
" P" X) m$ K2 z+ u' A> · 1 -2 years related experience.
9 e5 d4 W# Z; p( m' m2 Q4 |% }> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
# F) d7 d# Y. t' v% _> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
' t# {2 Q" s; h! D> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
