We took few days off to stay at daycare with our daughter. But she still cried next week when we left her behind. She got over it in a week. So you might want to consider to change the daycare/dayhome. All the kids cry when they are left behind. The bigger the kids are, the harder they cry. At my daughter's daycare, when she cried after we dropped her off, the teach picked her up and hold her for 10-15 mins until she felt better. I saw teacher staying beside new kids all the time. So I don't think your daycare teacher is nice. That might create problems in the future too because kids are kids, they always do somthing they are not supposed to. So if the teacher has little patience, kids will be in trouble all the time. It's just my two cents. :-) |
