* m3 P' D) o! f8 g3 qEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
6 q) I: G; e, wMajor Responsibilities and Accountabilities
. h5 |- F: a8 h: c- Q•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
" R. U. J7 n& S( @) K•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
- s. z) P$ X# G  n3 o3 W" Ko        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
2 v' X, f& d+ p9 b& M: ~7 u•        Assist where needed in application questions.
. J- o0 n, `  O1 ~( I# Y•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
o        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
o        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
•        Track and report all warranty failures
o        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
o        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
o        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports

•        Assist in Sales support & training.
•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
o        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
List of Skills/Qualifications       
& a* @0 N( u- R6 o7 P•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
- ?& u6 e9 L5 b6 {•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
•        Proficient in software use and writing.
•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
. Y4 u. _, r$ v6 w2 M•        Ability to travel worldwide.
•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
