+ c' `2 {( \% m+ V% `* cEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
! R* ]5 s2 ~3 \" D3 O( }# DMajor Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
# Y0 k3 i: K8 @+ Y$ O0 s•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
o        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
" r) h) g$ ^; G" V•        Assist where needed in application questions.
•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
o        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
o        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
/ q$ c+ D( a/ Y& g& G3 n0 g•        Track and report all warranty failures
o        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
o        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
* f0 y5 g: S3 u' v5 g- d4 b+ d•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

o        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
o        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
•        Assist in Sales support & training.
3 }! w& n7 E1 k% C1 B& u1 Y8 L•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
o        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

4 H. Y6 }* ^3 E' ^& m5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
5 b- T9 U5 l& m  vList of Skills/Qualifications       
  A2 `6 \) I1 i- L* m# Y•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
; c' w, D$ D$ K  ]•        Proficient in software use and writing.
6 a/ m2 |- _& Q: }. t•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
•        Ability to travel worldwide.
/ i4 _/ f9 {4 I3 D. S•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
