Scope and Purpose of Job
4 y+ a4 k8 f+ f1 wEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
( V1 s" s- a+ @/ l0 ?( q• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
4 l' R. p- k- x. C. @% \% X• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems

o New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures

o Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.

• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development. |' Y3 M H2 A7 v
o Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
8 A* _& k5 Q8 Z& _9 Lo Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

• Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person. To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.. A! K" V! |+ F2 ?
o In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.
