Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.! ]5 d4 r+ e1 l& x* e/ U" W2 B
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.4 K- p. N+ W, e* K6 W$ p1 I/ Q8 Q7 ^
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems0 E- w i/ i7 ?2 U( L
o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release

& ?3 q1 _+ U% ]• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.

• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development./ b. Q& b4 w ^9 O
o Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports

o Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions./ ?. \% }7 X# ?4 C( f- R5 S
o Act as technical applications expert on development team.

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
