( y! g! j/ k- f CEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

; u6 n& X' `) {& }* j' i% Z/ y• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues./ h7 g# r( ]! @! i4 S
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
% |7 G: s0 ?- F, n• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
4 ~" Y8 P8 s4 l6 O- T- h- ?o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release

• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.

• Track and report all warranty failures

o Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.3 ]% h) {' E' U0 A+ T
• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
) W5 T$ j- ?% v4 b ]4 X! bo Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports& |$ y- Y+ E( h5 l
o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

o Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.

• Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person. To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.

5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers3 [$ }+ N# p% c
List of Skills/Qualifications , Y9 }; H) `& h# d' b6 t) c
• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.: c/ j+ ]) s* K/ Q+ K
• Background knowledge of dispensers and software
