Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
* ?/ S$ U/ n( k( m% v• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.( N0 J# {7 y# K, E) n
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
8 I" S8 m4 m0 O8 _o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release0 ^3 q4 [& z7 t; T% B u) H* a; L
• Assist where needed in application questions.

o Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed

o Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.

1 N2 Y+ Y4 |5 W+ |3 Y& Y• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

• Assist in Sales support & training.
