; `# {% ~9 o% jEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
" X9 o5 M& P4 r) H: G•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
' G6 A+ j2 s/ y4 x# P•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
& l# o' G8 M! c) t4 Z! \o        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
•        Assist where needed in application questions.
9 W& [4 a% \* n. t9 J4 f% v5 w6 q•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
- z0 r  F' K( q4 D* P1 K5 t) Yo        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
o        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
•        Track and report all warranty failures
o        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
" v/ t# a0 D8 F! U" |- Y" x9 E! }o        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
% R9 M6 J7 z- b+ Q6 C/ W0 f•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
o        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
o        Assist in writing and new product specification
o        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
+ y! y' N0 ^' P4 ko        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
•        Assist in Sales support & training.
•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.

Educational / Professional Background        Technical School Graduate       
; E- \0 q) ?2 p5 f( tProfessional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
List of Skills/Qualifications       
•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
•        Proficient in software use and writing.

& V* J- {$ w' t•        Ability to travel worldwide.
! T/ A3 O/ Z  Y  ^( m•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
