Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
0 \+ B, t- Y6 T# ?3 d- T• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.) S0 ?! P5 G W6 f
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
; }6 @$ e) |6 S: p, t' Uo Test all new patch versions of software prior to release3 ?; h! }! i* x5 b0 {) c
• Assist where needed in application questions.

o New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures

• Track and report all warranty failures

• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.+ ]7 [4 v9 W+ z
o Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports

o Act as technical applications expert on development team.

• Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person. To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.

5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers5 I" l& w# F/ A% P
List of Skills/Qualifications
