+ t  A$ R' N% F7 k' I4 u$ SEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
) I8 ~* B' ~% h8 S7 s8 MMajor Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
* d% Q! t$ q0 b0 p* c, g! ?$ F•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
- p- G( F9 l) S5 T, lo        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
•        Assist where needed in application questions.
•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
9 I& M4 y9 F+ f1 x: _9 E4 Lo        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
o        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
•        Track and report all warranty failures
o        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
2 Q+ m8 z  K% S0 Q2 Q& So        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
, b! W4 p- t  H% ~o        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
o        Assist in writing and new product specification
o        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
o        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
•        Assist in Sales support & training.
& U* g4 o& Q: Y•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
o        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

Professional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
6 B+ `0 D5 Y6 D5 v  E5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
+ J/ y+ o. L* B9 M2 y# l5 AList of Skills/Qualifications       
•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
2 P# s' m( j' p) V( N$ b9 G" V' a+ [•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
•        Proficient in software use and writing.
•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
5 R" s0 b0 f, Y4 q6 ]•        Ability to travel worldwide.
( x- p! \% i6 l•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
