Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

8 Y. s/ _6 s, Q B; u• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
1 K7 \8 |" i4 H6 i ]• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
# {! |: q0 j$ V5 d- E• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
5 U2 Q# V, S! ]! U, Zo Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
1 j: Z2 r2 T# a- o0 U) i• Assist where needed in application questions.
: z* J/ }# o6 I+ K' o6 \• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.

• Assist in Sales support & training.

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
