: J# i- X& Y6 a/ y1 k" s4 E& t+ ZEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
" R( t, h' ]" F0 a2 v5 n' Fo        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
•        Assist where needed in application questions.

8 T% q: [# `* k4 U•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
/ T1 s5 @5 T' L# G9 do        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
8 f) X- z2 h2 q) }: s. b% }$ n  e0 [# \o        Assist in writing and new product specification
$ [2 r. f& g! R0 Ao        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
+ W. j7 j3 Q! q- C1 g7 Po        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
•        Assist in Sales support & training.
1 D8 p* j' W/ h% r9 k6 Q! d( R: X•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
o        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

Professional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
- S2 d# x4 ^# P6 i! i) gList of Skills/Qualifications       
7 V, P5 J2 R7 t, b3 |; x•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
( N: t# t+ T+ y5 I8 Z: x•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
•        Proficient in software use and writing.
1 }8 t9 V2 `+ N+ D* K2 c* k•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
•        Ability to travel worldwide.
