Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
+ A3 A$ J+ j! J% wMajor Responsibilities and Accountabilities
! A+ X6 |0 m6 _' @• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
4 O. b- \, b! E) R) ~! ~3 S& f7 K• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
" `% \5 u( w, }" }! d3 n/ G• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
( _+ }/ E8 z0 d" V% q6 yo Test all new patch versions of software prior to release

• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.

o Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.

• Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person. To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.

5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
