Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
3 k1 v" v. e7 f9 M( C• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.7 z: T/ ^5 }$ H+ A/ q* L
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems

• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.: e, q5 o! J1 {, O/ _

o Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed

• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.; a' ? L( q7 e1 W- Z+ N
o Assist in writing and new product specification
( p) E y' t7 ^- r2 O- _, N" y7 io Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
