$ O b: x5 ]' }+ m! h0 \Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
0 e( U! y/ q% m+ K• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.3 i. r8 c% |" d( C/ Z# z+ I1 `
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems$ H- X5 V1 E) ^8 f" L; w7 ]' l
o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release

• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.( V. g8 ~0 J- U0 x
o New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures

• Track and report all warranty failures

• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development./ [1 }2 Q& y7 |% \5 x7 c
o Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports% d `5 N d; D( \. p
o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
