Scope and Purpose of Job
) s% U4 y( a+ k$ D3 ^ [Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
2 j1 A% X: X" b, K. E1 g6 |( `$ U1 L• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
9 }! Z; L9 u& a& S+ s" b7 g! e• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems

• Assist where needed in application questions.

• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

o Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.

7 }$ x# a- K4 Z" j5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
