0 F9 N8 k  O4 a, `$ Z7 Q4 ~2 Y# r" mEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
& o: b6 |1 Q; ?Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
- M% Z: m* d# A+ _. u, }•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
o        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
•        Assist where needed in application questions.
1 \1 G. J7 k; ]  b•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
% z: g5 d! x3 l& t2 t' r; h/ x; Go        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
9 D4 l7 r0 m+ P, L4 t# R& po        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
•        Track and report all warranty failures
o        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
7 x. W/ Y+ C6 W1 X+ Co        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
o        Assist in writing and new product specification

) i7 @" x8 ~+ s( P4 d% Io        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
/ P7 H& h8 K3 n" r•        Assist in Sales support & training.
& U4 i, m) {( W•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
o        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  W, c2 H8 n- Z$ L( R+ u( cEducational / Professional Background        Technical School Graduate       
Professional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
List of Skills/Qualifications       
* J# I/ X( n. X: U•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
# w: c' C0 h  [•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
•        Proficient in software use and writing.
# ^' d1 I: F' l" B•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
: @5 T7 H, S7 {* C4 x+ ?•        Ability to travel worldwide.
2 H! D7 i# E( S9 `" U•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
