/ p( L# s  u) lEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
3 j7 F# q4 ]/ B4 H7 A' E% UMajor Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
( Z7 v$ C! b) ]  T( ]  G•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
4 ~  a& k8 `7 D# J+ Oo        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
- \, \- Q7 G' H! P; r3 h6 l6 M6 @2 L•        Assist where needed in application questions.
3 `6 ~5 J5 W3 @0 ^/ }, c' E' J% @•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
+ }' T8 ]& H7 _9 i: H6 G  Eo        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
) v5 w) g8 k0 Vo        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
•        Track and report all warranty failures
2 `2 Y0 G1 ^  j/ _2 F- B3 Co        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
, \2 m1 B# u$ ~  F$ Zo        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
5 U' l4 H3 J% \' g( T& @& G2 H•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
) J7 I4 A* D0 P! A" f  O. oo        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
6 H% \+ |2 F$ r7 Y0 vo        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
8 a& Y- \8 s& v8 D& Z. j- ko        Assist in writing and new product specification
1 a/ `! ^2 ^9 [* Co        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
2 e0 G3 J$ \5 _" u. z+ B% }% qo        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
•        Assist in Sales support & training.
4 d7 c8 X! K0 J: @0 _•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
o        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

Professional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
6 \# h0 F; U  ~7 A- e& BList of Skills/Qualifications       
' L0 d9 w: t+ P4 k/ I! A# V0 v0 g•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
# R3 b5 \" ?6 s  o•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
2 T- K' M; K/ ~, Y5 e8 j•        Proficient in software use and writing.
•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
6 I4 ]9 a: T* J•        Ability to travel worldwide.
% ^8 w& @5 V6 b" k7 Z' t•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
