+ _( |* J& _2 |+ Q% kEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.8 n; a; \5 Z6 `/ \4 ?, U0 D
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities
/ ?8 o, v( F6 I D" [• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.1 k: L8 j# S2 H) _( {" K! ^* h
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.) b( y% w2 @7 M3 f
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
% R5 n; M. \" V; }. A. po Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
^1 N$ [8 u) X& \• Assist where needed in application questions.
H: ?7 z: @3 u6 ]- R. P• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.

• Track and report all warranty failures

• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
+ Z, p; G' V+ n/ I% y7 X$ n* Zo Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
) T b7 s5 F' y; Yo Assist in information gather for any new product idea.2 C8 C" j/ }3 P0 }5 R* m
o Assist in writing and new product specification

o Act as technical applications expert on development team.

o In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers+ B. y6 o+ \# @5 _0 G. K4 B" \

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.' }% X6 n' V" }, D5 h# @" r2 K
