Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.4 y$ q( B/ E/ g3 C3 p
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities. ]/ @" W' h4 P% a
• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.8 V% ? T9 A+ f# G
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
' R! D4 T/ @6 [) |( ?• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems

• Assist where needed in application questions.

o New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures

o Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.

o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.' E3 O/ y: U3 Y3 E9 `, T

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.: f# j9 M! J8 O' ]: \5 d

• Proficient in software use and writing.
