& m" V9 ?% y4 s4 @, w; H% s1 F7 bEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
% B+ p, D2 t  x. B. hMajor Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
! F4 _1 I* m5 F/ k  n; k•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
6 m9 c- O1 x0 G3 j& to        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
" |, e$ |3 E3 y•        Assist where needed in application questions.
, x6 s$ r8 P9 N1 _•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
' A7 D5 l1 {& X3 c/ H6 d$ Bo        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
o        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
8 ]) w  j9 g! ]& }2 ]- `•        Track and report all warranty failures
+ z" N+ V$ o9 j3 N. o/ o" {; G: Io        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.

) B% i! k, g9 L/ j! a; i•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
% J/ s- @8 Q- Eo        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
. Y% K- e# ^$ k% ~3 R: _4 _o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
. z/ l# e  [% p+ U+ u: ~6 To        Assist in writing and new product specification
o        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
( _7 U% z! z# I$ g# v& p. r* P2 t8 go        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
•        Assist in Sales support & training.
9 `% l& |7 A1 h" F, `•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
( H. i5 _5 _& V, `( ]o        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

  X/ X: V/ _) m( Q: P( \1 ~! e# IProfessional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
) W; I- E5 h1 z# R% P5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
List of Skills/Qualifications       
•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
) J1 D# O3 q5 L4 S+ G•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
•        Proficient in software use and writing.
8 {: Z1 _& y- B& p% Z3 V* D# P•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
7 @+ z) J0 I4 X+ |4 U•        Ability to travel worldwide.
2 q9 \" o; N5 k8 l( {- ^2 _•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
