Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.! }& _ ]: T/ R0 x
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.2 C7 J8 g* M1 i3 p
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems: Z+ ~) V- B1 }+ k. @* e% x& o* b+ Z
o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
9 H* G x; M# x K: v- ~# k/ C6 x• Assist where needed in application questions.
$ Z( {4 k) y& l• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.) d7 c' E, J. i c' Z2 B1 P9 Z
o New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures

o Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
2 I9 L+ p# s# s, v- @5 ~; K• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
