4 j7 `) l2 E& |5 o7 _& j$ F; FEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
) z( k8 {+ o" z8 RMajor Responsibilities and Accountabilities
7 r* X& H4 W8 K3 Q• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
4 f( y9 i; E" j' G/ T5 B' R• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.& ~1 S% c1 ~7 ]9 C! w2 B
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
) h2 L1 J$ a! R+ Ko Test all new patch versions of software prior to release0 v, ]/ p2 ^1 Q g( h
• Assist where needed in application questions.6 z+ f$ R$ U, ]% ^$ M; _
• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.9 _- z$ _$ N# z9 l" ]' \1 J9 D
o New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
+ k% z9 h; h- N% d; J% yo Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed

o Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
) o) U2 G* E+ k2 ^o Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
% {% L5 X+ v$ n; z• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.' P, {( s$ M( \5 k( x
o Assist in writing and new product specification

Educational / Professional Background Technical School Graduate

5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers7 c5 t5 n- M5 d) o0 y+ B3 H
List of Skills/Qualifications
, }9 ~ I9 d8 Q• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
