, W* ?* `+ `! ]8 i; q2 @% wEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.8 I% J# h1 c: Q8 X- ^; i3 m
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities
8 ]& f! f3 V* s( j2 y•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
% k# R0 O: m2 R% O2 m! o2 M•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
: N  |! L0 g9 q% c•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
+ S- o( R/ f+ ao        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
" l! e( T) R3 s, P0 t# J9 t# i•        Assist where needed in application questions.$ |0 u+ y" D1 ^
•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.! g; r  J5 c' y
o        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures& z; h/ ~8 f+ q& {0 X# J
o        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed! n" W  C1 [7 Q' X
•        Track and report all warranty failures
# f% E! o4 \: J6 o+ jo        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
2 x! a+ _& F2 }7 x; l9 y7 co        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
% Y+ f& e1 M/ p% |•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
/ _! v. C$ F$ @8 F! r: \7 `o        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports' ^1 A& P' m5 P$ {1 {: V* I
o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.9 Z1 h" E, X1 w  X: B
o        Assist in writing and new product specification/ A9 a& g4 v2 l  K
o        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.

3 A, G# b/ a! ?' l6 U•        Assist in Sales support & training.
4 o% ]6 T5 o. h•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools./ Y3 Q9 z# G$ [+ K
o        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues., J0 y" ^% U' V

Professional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
6 E( O; ]. B- s& }. U5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
- ?7 i# b3 {# [* R- kList of Skills/Qualifications       
. _& e8 X+ b. V' f, u/ ?•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
6 ?1 @. h4 o" E, e# U•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software + z& ^& A( {% f. g! {
•        Proficient in software use and writing.  N; [, B. b0 h+ c3 I. e( A
•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.( Z8 \) x1 \& D; M7 a8 L% _

•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
