T6 i" N- X, m' yEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

. E; P- \5 g' H• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.+ P- k. J+ t0 a# m0 w, e% D/ i- D+ U
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
" L, E2 o6 u9 A5 ~) ]$ ^3 q• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
7 K1 r. _+ y; |! }7 @o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
6 Y% `, ]) C* z, U$ N# Q# V• Assist where needed in application questions.
5 M( K3 Y6 ^+ p/ o$ k• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.

o Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.# E* }. \" [9 r- T- G
o Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.6 ]/ x+ K, O2 N: e8 u! N
• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.3 q1 \# _0 T6 w1 o. c$ D
o Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports

o Assist in writing and new product specification

• Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person. To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
