Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
4 r' [- Y: M) y% I•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
o        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
! ~! T# Z% ]+ O  K* C: F•        Assist where needed in application questions.
•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
o        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
" {( p$ N/ n" g% l2 bo        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
•        Track and report all warranty failures
o        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
' R: R- z% S: V7 Q" S3 A3 p2 Bo        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

9 w) e2 V$ s+ b# b1 f/ ^( t0 Ho        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
o        Assist in writing and new product specification
o        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
o        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
•        Assist in Sales support & training.
•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.

3 S. Z4 Q( h1 L7 }7 g5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
List of Skills/Qualifications       
•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
8 t; C! q5 u. N•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
•        Proficient in software use and writing.
$ [1 J3 {1 Y2 W. H3 ^" ~•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
! K" x; T8 i. N- N; x% J2 ?•        Ability to travel worldwide.
•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
