/ a% }" g: p6 i0 W; x- x$ TEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
2 h$ C0 b8 ~1 g/ c% k, lMajor Responsibilities and Accountabilities
+ ~% m6 x% B! Z6 ]3 M•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
" d) \. w4 K3 V( u+ k$ T2 H4 B. j5 o•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
  k$ e, t9 W, s4 L" }$ W  n- \•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
o        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
( F1 @! r3 h% x( `8 U•        Assist where needed in application questions.
•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
  f- P  A& P( U4 }  \o        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
- v1 v' ]" \0 z: |+ u* p: N2 do        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
•        Track and report all warranty failures

+ T8 r* \) @8 P- ~$ `; M3 V0 V•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
5 F: ]' r# ^8 j5 Wo        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
o        Assist in writing and new product specification
1 N$ u# C- \% C" Y+ a7 Xo        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
o        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
' d8 W# N8 R* {8 X4 T. [! s•        Assist in Sales support & training.
5 P5 o% e5 j5 a5 o) h5 {( ]9 e9 U•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
o        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

Educational / Professional Background        Technical School Graduate       
- U) E) R+ R7 Y4 k* @$ {) b* WProfessional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
: g( U$ S% ~$ T+ D+ O5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
List of Skills/Qualifications       
•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
•        Proficient in software use and writing.
•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
$ I3 j! V& ?4 u•        Ability to travel worldwide.
/ ]. [9 d; y6 `, b" O•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
