我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。) O, x, A$ c6 k0 m7 i

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 E) T* ^! ?% }6 l5 xHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. " `* Y4 W, {* @% S9 Y6 f& A
