我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。6 r" h P' Z# s7 W

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted 1 u$ f9 G( T' J: p

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened , } f+ e1 `) v) `$ i4 X& w
3/4 cup granulated sugar - ~6 U& D0 u$ e6 r

2 eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. ' d( M# K9 c$ \0 |: P3 I9 K& x

6 Q# a! E* x' G) ~& a' IFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. 7 F4 Q2 O8 E8 }; X, C" e
