我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。9 `. E7 x' f0 p1 I" V& h! i% R5 A

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted ' v& U! V5 Q& G4 n5 L
FILLING
2 ^ m* b) ^! P/ r# ~Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened ! q/ A$ n i0 i! c
3/4 cup granulated sugar

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. ) \& J D5 J' h( {: G

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. $ `1 l' @8 i P

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
