我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了，就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese， 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla， 就用了半个柠檬，还加了一点点柠檬皮． 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉，不然会苦。

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted $ j3 D! S! C7 @2 A. k# R+ I0 ~
FILLING

3/4 cup granulated sugar 4 j' a* H) v" a8 H/ N; }" Z- C
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

$ f4 L( U, u f* zBake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

: L1 f; L! _" W6 X: ]6 j; [+ bFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. : y! y% `, d4 p, [. E
