室内温度

白天没人，大家室内温度都设在多少？我设在16， builder说不行。请看： For the amount of hardwood and tile you have and the climate in Alberta this temperature is way too low. At this temperature there is no humidity and when there is a direct change in the climate of your house it could cause the floor to warp, shrink and crack. If this were to happen it would not be covered under warranty. Minimum temperature should be at about 19-20 degrees in your home.

其实我一直在想一个问题：如果假设8点离开家，8点以前屋里是21度，我们离开家时如果设定屋内温度是16度，要想在晚上5点到家时屋里温度达到21度，大概在3点多的时候，furnace就应该频繁启动，拼命烧，才能达到21度，如果每天只离开7、8个小时，把温度设到很低，到底能不能真正达到节能的目的呢？
去年上班时间设定的是18度，5点后是21度，中午偶尔回家，觉得家里冷飕飕的，很不舒服，今年索性设成恒温21度了。除非外出几天都不在家，才设成18度。

要知的是，每月之燃暖费用，燃气只占小部份，其他都是行政费用，以＄75为例，燃气只占约＄15，故温度高低，帐单数字差不了多少。

right, 2nd suite, seperate temperature control/furnace. And feel 23 is the best temperature for basmt. 22 feel a little bit cold. But main floor, 21-22 is the best.
