who  can apply，  说
" F8 X4 u  e0 l5 ?. KTo apply for the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa, you must:

•be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada;
•be found admissible to Canada; and
1 l3 F4 ]3 k( p5 ~+ L•meet certain other conditions
/ G% o3 Z4 Q: L9 F  \没有明确提到是给已经申请移民的人。
