To apply for the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa, you must:

! o, t) f8 a4 Q: z6 N•be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada;
; ~. w$ h7 U2 s4 d' a•be found admissible to Canada; and
  \9 V' \# V! T•meet certain other conditions
8 L8 t) X' O6 b. E没有明确提到是给已经申请移民的人。
