Brandy Bananas

B8 k" K2 e6 P6 C15ml brown sugar! r p) j& S: w* C+ w5 E7 J9 r
15ml lemon juice! Z* h. [0 k- D6 |/ r# a9 l
2 bananas- x0 ]8 w- G2 C0 W* A
30ml brandy6 Y! g. G$ z5 L- |
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
- z$ M! O% w# C; n: P2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
( W* B+ j3 C' N3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
( i9 }( i5 O$ L! M1 K3 ^+ A4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
; r- U- G( e- k: ^% X5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.* q$ q. \. d+ l; R/ S0 g
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
