30ml brandy

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
6 G. D7 f2 o! _/ K2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.8 Q Z u* F& u/ ?
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.! W) g m8 A( x7 f
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through." W5 ~; j* ^7 |. y
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.6 W. w6 p& X- b7 l5 R- E
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
