15ml brown sugar2 q2 O/ ?5 z! J( ~% t; h$ p
15ml lemon juice
# e2 x$ h* c+ S8 a2 bananas V/ }% R& J/ ^+ J k% w
30ml brandy

& F; u* j8 n- H" x; q1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan3 o3 _1 e3 U9 k; m; C' Q, V" B0 L; c
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.8 O" t2 N8 g1 a( K9 K8 |" \4 @
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.9 m, @4 H( f% ~2 ?
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.3 b4 v v4 W9 ?1 e- w3 p/ I
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
