15ml brown sugar

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan+ D" i$ |- w5 f$ `8 i, W$ N% U
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
) i' i0 M5 e5 C2 i3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.' b* `1 e% V) H- Y) ?
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.2 d7 [! o4 v2 p }5 I& n# T; H
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
