15ml brown sugar

30ml brandy) U* c9 P L1 f8 x; i0 [. s
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate* `* t( l2 K1 v/ s
Mint, icing sugar to garnish

Method
5 ?( w* P: y! T" d1 g3 g9 M3 }1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan4 \6 j9 V/ w3 h1 z: b2 Q
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length./ i: ?$ E+ W1 I, Z/ f a. ]3 W. ]
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
: c7 s9 U9 x0 K8 k' C8 h6 V- b4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.5 a6 b, C0 G6 H4 ]8 z
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
