30ml brandy9 ]4 c8 Y7 z/ |8 b. a* ^( [
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan6 ]: D0 `! P7 j4 k
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
; C7 ^6 S9 C- F3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.6 W5 }) q- z/ x. m5 F. f! E/ N0 ?) V
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.9 _! Q% b% ~+ j- Y* M$ Z7 S2 n
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.* V! d5 ~& O. U: Q. \3 T$ O
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
