30ml brandy+ j) W. i6 `' L+ Q" z
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate- S- C, A, z3 s) Y& j1 ]
Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
' j: E/ L& C& P% ~2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.' O6 U9 @$ B% W9 b0 P
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.9 e4 |+ ~, _8 E6 Y' |7 ^
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
