2 bananas

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
! O" _1 O1 Q2 ^, p2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.% k- g& a( Q2 U, [; A
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
. k( d" M5 S/ G/ ~* B4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
