automatically activate 30 seconds after the ignition has been

If Passive Mode has been programmed on, then it is also possible M! o5 i1 @: C; t- k9 r# U8 D
to program the system for Passive Locking. With Passive Locking,

Disarming

If your remote transmitter is lost or damaged, you can manually% L' w6 c( t( A
override the starter kill. To do this, you must have the vehicle's
6 C: R3 |' H9 c# Signition key and know where the Valet button is located. Be sure
# ]8 b5 w7 N7 g4 |to check with the installer for the location of the Valet button.
* D+ L& S I7 i% uTo override the starter kill, turn8 Z! r; Q4 y$ ^2 x7 e
the ignition on and press the
# C( X/ N8 U# T% xValet button within 10 seconds.

7 G4 [9 F' e. e; {and the vehicle should start. If it does not start,

You can prevent your system from automatically activating the

In Valet Mode, the starter kill cannot be activated, even with the$ w! g1 z1 Y( l' E0 ~* n- o
transmitter, but all convenience functions (door locks, remote
