70hrs per week workload - preferable to be split into two caregivers working in rotation          9 r! Z! f0 _$ C; h( ~

Requirements: (Contract is renewed on the annual basis)6 U: o4 q. x& i3 h: p! g% G5 W0 H
1) Has experiences with young children - Know how to change diapers and how to potty training girls
5 s( L$ a5 e6 P$ }9 k2) Loving and caring with lots of patience - Willing and able to learn how to take care of a special need kid including G-tube feeding, medication, suction and chest physio (Training will be provided!)/ i+ b* d6 {3 [: r
3) Be able to play with a 2-year old normal developed child - arrange story time and game time- a) E$ K- e: L* `. J$ I
4) Be able to help out with light household chores such as folding laundry, organize toy boxes, clear up kids' bed - maintain a cleaning and tidy living environment for the children.
. e7 }( {* C5 M  M, H, D3 `4 g% D, v5) Help out during the morning and evening bath time for two kids - dry and dress the kids6 _" J# I' w* W  z
6) Must build good working relationship with the current Day-time Caregiver , I* O$ @, |  c- t8 ?# ~% c
