谁了解MOBILE HOME

最近觉得MOBILE HOME也不错啊，谁了解啊，感觉挺便宜的，也没有管理费，感觉比TOWNHOUSE好吧，对于手上没钱的我们来说还不错的说，谁了解此类房屋啊

You own the mobile home, but you do not own the land. You pay the rent to the land owner for parking your mobile home and using the facility. When the land owner asks you to move, you have to move your mobile home to somewhere else. I do not remember the time. In west end of Edmonton, a trailer park land owner sold the land, all mobile homes must be removed. Some mobile home owners could not afford the cost to move the mobile homes, and they had to walk out the trailer(mobile home) with nothing except for furniture and personal items. It might have a contract with detail information. Before you buy, please check the contract first.
