JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
# M3 ], ]- {4 t6 b5 X' KThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as! l! S8 a/ v5 u6 t% Z
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative: V3 Z: t! w6 D& @
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable/ H! E" c1 f1 \8 B5 Y+ V
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring6 _* A9 @ K& i/ n) {, p& J0 q

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.: {4 W8 E& A1 V& h& D/ K
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
: G' T( A8 I0 B1 E8 N• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
( W' m: G1 j, R( V4 c5 c• Some field operational experience
3 t# P& H2 T' Q A. c+ |• Some knowledge of the services company provides, N" a8 ?, W# w A7 U, x2 V
• Strong computer skills
1 X$ {" ?: \1 v1 ^6 P• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。: c% U* i3 U) |* ~
. y# g: g0 x& I1 H$ y/ q* j( B# {有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。% }( b; k% }7 J8 S
# _5 W% b& a4 N( Z希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。 n9 W1 a3 ^# r' ?. V1 P

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
