JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
3 j( A9 f9 O3 I) |+ HThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as' ^1 ?0 x1 ]3 l$ M
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative) f$ e# m f. w0 i$ w3 S
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
. y, ?" g B! q7 j$ N/ B1 pcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly/ i& V( L0 {4 m" ~: i; @8 u

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
' e# I0 p' {6 t* f/ y* y• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
* F+ J# i6 j8 y$ P4 C2 g• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
2 l. i7 o& t/ Q+ h# _0 o. f6 d• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
( t2 V, P2 R, W2 I1 h6 G! f) D• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring" p# H, @' @: V: n

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role." k% L k7 W6 L
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: i4 N. d# i+ ~4 X& b
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
; J q8 D* R( T4 O" o• Some field operational experience. e5 X! s2 V. {5 [% s( e
• Some knowledge of the services company provides; C8 l. `: B. P5 e8 Q" @; i$ B
• Strong computer skills

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。 r+ F6 \* X. P; C0 p
, ]! [$ H) E+ {' M有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。7 z; V5 s# V* Y' l0 h; e2 y
) d- V; x8 n) Z& @希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
