n$ e1 ]- r- TThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
* o G. h' W; L) x* H! e1 gwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
% w2 x, U' w/ Aand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.1 b5 H. T( \1 @7 l k
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.% _2 ~: j6 k: J2 ?$ B
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

* o# f& d1 T8 h- w' h2 GEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
! d r, h/ Q* s/ Z( S3 S t) E• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

• Some knowledge of the services company provides: P, s6 h) L3 W9 J
• Strong computer skills

% x! x) s3 z/ t& {9 P( c$ K补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。% H) U; _8 Q2 n6 U) F0 U3 n5 \

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。& c! N% C" B0 O7 |5 ^" L5 N
/ A1 S5 ^% i4 S8 R希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

+ z, V, L" V( U3 N另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
