TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR
Q' e3 b& W" N5 T! r @2 Q, GJOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
7 w; W, m% x7 v4 D7 {7 WThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as \: M" G3 A# o2 ^, ]
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
0 Q. E4 Z, H" ?/ band judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

5 F8 \( z2 C, u! G• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
) O F4 A" K+ {8 _/ Z• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
" m5 W: S7 E4 J3 V• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.6 P( d# D! V& h: b6 M0 M( j& D
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.) y/ {6 F H! P1 f% J; C1 H% {8 u
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
5 n7 Z+ {% @3 S' ]) k% [timelines and budgets
u* S3 T, u, S. n1 }. w$ j• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
, F: L& \- S# ]+ b, y, `company’s business goals and policies

0 r! Q' g( }9 I I- X7 c7 e" a• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required. j2 M/ p* x; k9 |7 q2 L. W+ S1 b
• Some field operational experience5 I; F4 w1 f$ @4 ]$ P/ g
• Some knowledge of the services company provides0 N9 H& t% u! c& R. `/ m
• Strong computer skills

$ A7 h/ o: U, y. X补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

# s, {+ m) c; x) a4 e有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。+ [% v9 F6 h! T1 b" y
' _' w9 |- W# D' h3 a5 I希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
