JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
Y% }% y1 N; ^4 ]4 U- e! MThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as% G% F$ o4 o- h u, K& H/ ?) l
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative4 c0 I5 w7 e1 i+ L
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable% Z a/ h& X3 H( E, V& g- M5 L
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
9 U+ ^0 E) V6 pcontributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations& G' F- O' a+ ~9 j+ i1 `" `

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.

• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.* P! p" l5 V- u0 ?( ^. d
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,( v$ ^$ @4 `9 n) |
timelines and budgets
% q! P: M# d8 x, i, a$ x• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring: P' I$ c8 K' R2 v7 K; J$ g( g; l) i

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

9 ?: `3 g2 a* t• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required3 l0 G6 N8 m9 P. H. z
• Some field operational experience8 z2 U. n% [3 o( Y" @+ K# j# Y
• Some knowledge of the services company provides
7 C" u9 J Q$ h1 S1 j6 z" Z; E• Strong computer skills

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
