JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS% m' W7 I4 S& }+ ^
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as$ F' e6 h) G4 j. b% F( u" p
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative! Y* O( t9 C. N A& O
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable- p0 g- C5 ~4 m& ^3 M0 z0 ]
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly ^. ~. m6 M2 E. w
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
0 L9 S, N& G" R1 j' ]+ ~7 R- s0 c3 C• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.4 X- K0 z9 b7 j% R0 F0 O. `$ f
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.( }/ D: ]! v: o% v6 d
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.& {6 g# H$ a% ~2 C3 e4 J, d
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
4 U; L, }7 e9 S$ d• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
" g& w. Z; X+ t- L/ @; Rtimelines and budgets: X& u ?5 p l6 V% N `
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring* @! `, x9 h+ W* L1 c
company’s business goals and policies
9 b8 ]5 W' {0 J4 K• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.4 |+ _$ f5 k9 x, w% w) d
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
. J: `2 B* {5 a N• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
1 M6 O: [' U$ A$ q( n2 v• Some field operational experience
: g( X; Z+ C( K0 Y$ m s' d; t• Some knowledge of the services company provides) ^9 g, H( |. g8 n9 y' V
• Strong computer skills$ E9 H) X, K+ ~
• Class 5 licence.' j- \. E+ q) }6 T3 r

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。6 Q+ J7 J! N+ S. M1 ~; n' b X
+ k% V7 o- W+ x2 X) z有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
