JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
& {3 g# \2 C* ]The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
5 t4 s% R# [% g0 owell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative4 \1 k' |# c) f
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable p8 `) I5 u+ T9 R' o6 f
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

- U- j% \9 O) U9 \# f• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
G: S+ t9 O. Q O8 O• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
3 R0 b; R4 [2 X# B* R5 ]• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.4 |3 {, o1 n6 I, D8 W ]
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
& r! Z/ W+ Q; l, V% \# }/ ptimelines and budgets$ U. Z# t4 j! [
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
4 a. ]. A6 q- X8 E* L# kcompany’s business goals and policies! T( {" `9 F, }8 p# U% t
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

) p0 X! |+ ?8 ~; ?• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
* f/ C. G, s4 D$ J/ o$ T m• Some field operational experience5 E/ q# e# e/ h- t& W( o
• Some knowledge of the services company provides
" r. K% x3 g; K# I1 i2 x3 S• Strong computer skills
& n# r1 g: L, n/ o/ L• Class 5 licence.

* H* h+ c/ E% Z补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
