JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
% z. U' \1 Z/ u5 g2 a* AThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
' H* Z% b; _, P1 t' \, V) dwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative. L" G9 y) ~" C/ Z5 F! e" z
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
+ Q. d% S! n$ e- s$ u) ]( @5 ocoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly( u$ B1 a+ I" g2 g/ z
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
# D: y0 H7 n" i' ~• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.2 ?2 I' w0 v5 `% s( m% O+ b
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.! k$ c- W$ z0 ^8 j% y4 M2 ~
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.5 }+ j, h$ x0 Q# m$ I2 Y' Z$ P( r& T
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
7 X& R8 I; W6 y7 D• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
* [% ^) @. A: u+ k) Btimelines and budgets: t1 e% g8 c' N! b' T
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
, B7 m/ W( U# \9 n1 @8 Xcompany’s business goals and policies) J9 u6 W" l, _
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.5 `' c0 Q/ p2 N( b2 t4 ?" F
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
( U' X2 _( p2 R/ ?( A. | M0 \2 H• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required5 A. ?4 q. X) _+ \. b" r
• Some field operational experience
1 M" n4 G" T0 v5 z* A, J• Some knowledge of the services company provides! a* [% g1 s, ^ e
• Strong computer skills

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。7 D- \6 J& T* B8 E5 p& H

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
