JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS! I0 H: @# g3 _. F5 B. `, e
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
6 Q! B! ]6 K3 R1 H* Owell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative8 f( Y1 h% X7 o/ K' G" A
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
2 r7 g( }7 l' w4 w* u, ~coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* H! E2 \6 V* G• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.+ E9 Q S# ?- ]" a. Y& ]
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
8 a* F. g6 a# l _• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems. n0 M! x4 \4 w; F" P3 K, q4 F% ]! Y9 Z
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

' j' t+ d* q" d5 S• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
$ r- E- I3 K2 ]* pcompany’s business goals and policies
! Y' I; G7 b0 T! D1 n2 [, E" M* ^• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required; x2 c5 i( h. h" [6 Q: p' C
• Some field operational experience
* W4 T- i) v. q7 a• Some knowledge of the services company provides
; X( [) e# @% m8 U8 Z1 V! S• Strong computer skills& e+ \( l, l0 C& q+ D6 V0 G
• Class 5 licence.2 ]" l/ `) A$ ?

$ f6 ~7 F; S6 X& [7 P' w- {, M补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。 D; f/ c+ W8 ]" p+ j
! H4 t) L" `' `; [有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。" E1 \( V6 \9 {" u" w

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
