JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
1 y ^' ^0 o0 _# U- q1 HThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as D1 g) N* d+ {0 b
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative5 z* S& w+ P$ I: A9 J1 E/ x, U- q Z( T/ B
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
' j9 {2 J: \3 D5 _7 ~coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
1 N3 D7 K0 Z0 bcontributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations
' [7 w# Z' I/ u. i4 kCoordinator.

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations." c' i- R* U% C- j" h6 z0 s# {
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.

• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,1 ~+ y4 R* n9 [4 y/ d \: \
timelines and budgets/ M8 h' E. I7 @9 U$ N7 m+ t U
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring F" H& y% _9 p7 A
company’s business goals and policies/ f2 J6 Z/ N. n" E T
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

( t/ L: d n, n5 k5 P! `• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required# H! J; m6 a6 I; v( t: C
• Some field operational experience
7 C. f6 `4 [% E( ^7 U4 a( u• Some knowledge of the services company provides. k$ G/ y& v9 F# q2 z0 Q
• Strong computer skills
! M- m& p& R/ m/ b" Y7 Z1 _0 b7 @% @0 h• Class 5 licence.( m. g( X. t6 J1 Y7 w1 e$ }- ]7 G

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。
& f6 J& @2 C2 W) o# @" k5 m
. H. N; c/ ?/ r7 g有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
