JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS6 h& y" ]. ^5 C" _+ h% U
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as( B" g, Z8 W8 @! o3 C. l
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative7 u$ f* F# `' g' {% E% M8 I
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
, c4 }1 M. u9 N- ccoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
2 \( s' L' `0 w* n0 bcontributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ f" i' Y3 b2 Q( D( I% {
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.# I; |- G: x7 X6 `5 ]7 d
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.1 R& x3 Y. \' G1 y: X
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.& E, b" X3 r0 k% c' ?8 f
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
( Y" N0 a) l C• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,' y6 F, X/ I4 [0 @4 P) |$ r
timelines and budgets& ^% b& y; U6 c
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
: a' e. k% T" [& l0 o, T* L ^company’s business goals and policies
! G, H+ s3 X* x8 c# q: k) ~• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
5 i* R) K' D" B3 y7 zEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE( I* ?" O1 o m) X
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
o2 q& H" s( N7 ]9 G9 R• Some field operational experience3 ~2 o" I4 U4 W2 b! e9 j& i
• Some knowledge of the services company provides
# S; E$ k! g9 P3 f• Strong computer skills
4 m4 }3 r5 i, Y0 i. \2 M6 o0 ^• Class 5 licence.( |. O) p+ B( q3 w. o8 @* c( ^6 @5 h

$ P7 W! J: V1 K3 W0 U补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。4 v: ~' d: I4 W
) E4 e$ S0 s$ D! Q2 Y+ r, f
有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
