TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as" @- `% }. Z! `: Q& h# e
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative7 [& Z) {* S6 u6 ^4 I
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations. [3 d$ a0 a! R! {7 r9 T- y' q) A
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
D3 A/ T8 Q0 g5 B$ s- B' W/ E( m• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
. K& |3 @+ l: L• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.6 U& X. A" q% r* h& v6 ?
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,# ?& _; m8 u5 c0 e' h
timelines and budgets: U+ I9 ?5 P, u8 ~+ b
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring4 l4 }% J' ?0 P1 Q3 M- ]% J2 Q) A
company’s business goals and policies, r; Z% `' X8 ^. q
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.& Q' k8 Y% J: Z( [
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE. n8 V+ _) Q6 s) v" ^
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
& F) r4 C7 D" H1 r$ P4 @& v• Some field operational experience
* k0 P; a& a0 `& v0 b• Some knowledge of the services company provides& l' C E3 e2 c @& ]) N
• Strong computer skills' D- y+ ^7 o$ o) s1 I/ z

4 u+ U9 s$ \( m% [$ f2 ~补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

- c! B! a! N/ X: r有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

2 \( L% x6 u- d8 z另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
