JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
% F! L, S% {6 o3 \) gThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
/ w; {0 L+ J7 b8 u2 M2 K$ C) R4 zwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative# c+ q7 z o ]) `. H) g
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
9 u8 s( u% e W% e" Hcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.! Z+ r+ i, s/ X" f' D$ x( ?2 O( y
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
% w8 t( a& ?6 O• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
+ h, @2 H% q3 }7 s4 K9 [• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
, j7 s3 H4 _" q' X$ {• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,. D B# k% w3 o6 O" I. u

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
/ n: a" `6 Z' ~5 [company’s business goals and policies
1 E" {2 U* }7 H* z: o0 X& B/ R• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.! Q9 ^" j4 _# u3 Z' ?; a
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
6 I' p# ~) s' Z" |4 k• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
" x0 r% v! g$ T. D( n5 q( a• Some field operational experience
7 ~$ @% z( {# S$ X/ t• Some knowledge of the services company provides" p6 b3 y2 D" _7 I4 y
• Strong computer skills- ?3 I/ B; t3 g( g; G: {2 S
• Class 5 licence./ Z L: b3 G" u0 q3 y: L8 \

& s0 F# l/ {4 X. i$ Q- k' g" f补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。- B6 V$ p( H3 t& \) F+ _ W" o3 m

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.. j4 J$ S- M; t. U \
