TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR# N( p; A$ L) @9 U8 u
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
' Y3 M, z ?. P3 m5 d* m+ XThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as; \1 M4 H& { _
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative: _$ ~, v% Q8 P
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable7 b5 u* H! ^6 [5 q
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly: Y: Z2 v+ N2 k1 \1 u& ?
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

6 @% L* c* z/ z+ O1 O• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
2 u% L' ^/ z9 L5 B/ w% t! ?, M• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.+ K6 f, Z, g8 x4 S2 ?/ o
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
0 h# m' [- g! Q# Y• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
; g) g! d" f Z0 E- M1 L• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,1 f1 [; R+ H7 E Y6 t1 y
timelines and budgets, H8 D9 r, F! S' F
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
7 m0 s4 C/ S/ kcompany’s business goals and policies
4 Y( G$ V$ J: N. m• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.% C! c1 i1 n, x: p: V
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
6 V9 h; _4 `, m9 n* ~• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required. p( F$ W4 j0 f& w7 k# ?$ I! M' `4 B
• Some field operational experience
, w1 q% N) a# {/ ~9 \7 j• Some knowledge of the services company provides
1 _8 V: _8 L! J4 O2 {• Strong computer skills
' `7 {6 u5 ~- K5 b( _• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。" N. n& t. `' b, ^; W
