JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
2 ^1 T* T& p/ rThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as. w/ A* n' s2 _, W3 t
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative3 e2 A/ n z5 w) j0 _# {
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable5 V% M0 z' \3 P& p5 i
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly5 @8 v9 q9 X* t( s+ v5 D" o
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations% m! k+ C& }* }" I

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.

• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment., i! _8 E4 l+ w; j1 Z
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,, T; \0 s- W" ]3 [8 _5 T. B4 K
timelines and budgets
0 L8 h8 _* M) @0 G• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring2 b1 \4 s+ ]; v
company’s business goals and policies

' A" Q; q3 k. X% I1 @EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
$ n+ j1 M$ J; L' ?7 A( v) T• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
5 X( b' _: y5 k• Some field operational experience) F/ {, N, @. ^8 t9 B
• Some knowledge of the services company provides& ^, H7 J M0 f8 n* r4 W
• Strong computer skills' p! U1 z; d; h8 d" [! c
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

. s' P" h8 R( g1 V0 j另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
