The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as# r$ x, x- d: _6 o! P: b: }/ l+ m, J
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
) g: [4 x/ C) ?; @7 v+ @. Band judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable7 i3 O F8 P) }( Y/ O
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly/ Z0 }6 y* V: j# {. |7 Q
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
! x4 T/ g5 k* @; n, X• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
2 e. C* P5 s& O6 k• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
1 R4 P* |* G8 ]$ I1 q• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
_5 b7 x: S5 n c9 w: K- O• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
$ E- n# r' r; F2 f6 v8 A• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring h; }+ z; Q- l Y4 D
company’s business goals and policies( J4 O ^( g- L4 }& U
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.; \: t/ ~0 v7 J2 I) U
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
; U$ s4 p: Z5 K7 Q* d• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
( O" R. z( j' Z T" |' k• Some field operational experience, V- d2 d( I7 R
• Some knowledge of the services company provides0 t G- i) o! u
• Strong computer skills/ w; L9 x& ~, {+ @; U2 s! J6 D- c
• Class 5 licence.

( a4 E( y& X; ?$ [& F- B6 c; N6 w. a/ e补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。4 k" A- ]3 i* q c1 A, R! i2 W
) [& A* R; ]! p有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。7 R9 Y/ ?7 Y L/ x6 g3 {( k# J

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。, J2 I. t3 V# s6 ^
