JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
2 \! R7 U, f+ w1 W4 R: z+ O4 ^$ ZThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as# N! Q6 O/ ]2 l. z- \' q
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
8 u: t. M2 ]5 B( ] c5 c+ H: qand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable, y3 L3 {0 }( z: Q6 Q' z
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly/ k* H- B. d7 k2 R, Q3 e
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES# t$ M5 a7 b# K( K. N' I* b
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.5 p& j/ p; z. `) ]6 {
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
* n g% K$ [4 [# G• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.# Z+ f7 \& R! t8 _
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.# M% M5 H. y' z: b! g4 ]9 y) T
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,( s# v' J8 c6 A
timelines and budgets
7 b0 p" X, U2 n# X3 V1 T• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role./ z: s! [; R3 `& h. J% y
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
9 Y6 O5 [) d+ B7 C& L6 t, s• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
+ W" q+ m5 c' S5 i7 B8 J• Some field operational experience; V3 B4 i/ a4 h8 @0 y9 b3 q
• Some knowledge of the services company provides5 L# B) W0 _% m5 X
• Strong computer skills
4 ]( T5 b+ S; z• Class 5 licence./ o- h3 b. O3 {; {, [) ?

6 I3 L. s! b1 W补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

+ T& z2 |' {/ }7 B9 _8 f+ R( d' f有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。' z# Y0 ~; ] {8 s
