TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR
' q0 ~; a* L. `' GJOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS v' I5 F. x$ `$ N: T
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
7 a5 Z- s# T' n+ ~$ Rwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative( s/ k0 u# d3 s! i/ N7 A( b$ V+ e
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable7 c2 I4 m" y* J$ A
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly: k( Q8 L9 _; ]% [1 H
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
$ H) m! N5 w% Z! c' p• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.

• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment., c4 K7 n2 h; d9 G3 q$ p- [# s8 h
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
) f4 D" Q1 [; l5 mtimelines and budgets: V" i- @' b+ A5 O9 }/ V/ B
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring" K& T+ P0 V# q5 H, ^$ X1 W' E, `
company’s business goals and policies( w" w( S! c7 g
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.$ ^ E& a3 m, I q
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE% G' {, z! q8 a: g
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
+ F& y' o- L# T. }$ n7 N• Some field operational experience# H0 V) }& e, \: S- G
• Some knowledge of the services company provides2 Q% O/ o U% X) `. ~% ^1 r- p
• Strong computer skills- b! x: Z" ^# {2 i( |
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。0 v3 K3 s! Y# [1 n- _0 {

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
