TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR4 Q! @, W, B4 \9 ]' l
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS( \$ y0 b, y( o* v' }0 O- u$ t. g
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as+ D- N8 ~: b+ Q/ L
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative# o! Z" |& y5 ]5 x
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.

• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.! Z' v3 `- n' y; d/ I
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
( k8 X4 V) f: f; u: @3 b• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring9 Q/ z/ a4 R& ~8 g1 I' i' Z% T( O
company’s business goals and policies/ J* q0 F( t) Z
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.5 N3 Z+ E3 d% n! K3 F& F
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
5 z' A/ {2 h6 v• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required8 c/ e3 i# X q; L+ a
• Some field operational experience h# M! W1 k5 K% I1 D
• Some knowledge of the services company provides

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。7 r, Y% w' J. ]1 P7 {! h9 M* B

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
