JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS7 Y% i" J" e$ t, k
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
7 C; | b9 K8 h3 [/ C8 @8 Hwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative+ r" _+ h4 V. H; y% V" \
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
8 n2 a% I1 u- W; ]! }1 k6 q• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
, I/ I9 ~( ^1 N7 N# x- v& D" M• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
4 W9 B1 i0 q ?1 H8 E6 l• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.- X7 U( H3 R; y8 Q$ v
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
_) s% H& z; [4 ]• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,( O% x3 w+ D: ?
timelines and budgets. ]- A* _) K5 x9 O8 ]
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
& p9 E/ y( C& e, z/ `company’s business goals and policies
. V1 \+ z, E2 Z3 |3 S• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.4 G, A2 H' C: s: I
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE% |. G5 m+ N. x+ \4 k5 Q* Z$ z1 n# V
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
6 Y4 T- K; e- Q5 ~+ x1 ?% H• Some field operational experience
$ _- {; x/ E& u5 x4 I1 t• Some knowledge of the services company provides1 J& \+ E8 V) s- f' b7 K, ^
• Strong computer skills

a4 o: K/ c. {+ y! |5 l% W补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。: b; p! @0 p( `8 d
- K, s7 _% A: U z; W2 n+ p: ^有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。& X' ^( Q/ q% @# F
