JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
3 Q& H( r$ i- N+ e( |1 ?4 }) t" c7 mThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
6 D4 r" N: R5 J% m! m# y( R7 |well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
& h l( z' i/ k0 C4 [0 L3 Mand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
" [1 o# F- J/ qcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly( ?$ e& k, L: X5 R
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations& ~7 d, I% Y' Z- h
Coordinator.

3 v/ q! j2 N8 E' J! p• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
; T- T; z4 V$ e& h% r, V5 M• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.( \2 n7 J# T, h& m6 _
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.! k) |3 I. x4 i9 {* ~( i" A+ n
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
7 ?1 [# @5 t V, |• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
$ i1 d9 V. v2 T" t3 f S# Utimelines and budgets: a# u) J" a$ N( c1 \2 v
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring @; O8 a# d6 z
company’s business goals and policies$ P, }' h* }9 @$ K. |* |2 V
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
" _4 U0 `' ], Y9 cEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- V' t1 C, H2 J% K• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required* q% m$ R( P2 }1 C6 a/ N7 z( k
• Some field operational experience i) [" |& d+ Q" W2 q& Y9 i6 f' j
• Some knowledge of the services company provides3 z( d2 l9 R, Y% W( Q+ C8 F
• Strong computer skills b; s7 s" N# t9 t

, @2 ?- j F% j5 Z w, |2 U补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。' {# D& |" t. F% i# }) M' M4 @, z9 D

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。, |" i# h: Q! ]) Q- O( G
