JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
5 g! l+ h. M- q% i! mThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
4 A& j6 ~/ t2 w0 x4 v8 q0 rwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
/ G$ D% L6 X* W5 r+ u* t( H! D( Fand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable2 c# @. \5 v7 I; p; `+ M
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly3 u q& b: H: d' }& u
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
' S( @( _+ B: e8 s: y, ?" m6 ]• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
- ]( Y( _& V- X8 P+ U• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
9 e$ e+ G6 g" B( m- S. S• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems. R. g+ q" q7 T r9 ]1 y% m
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
* O# o- R( D( Q; l• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,9 v0 r4 E# O! ?
timelines and budgets
2 v" }& G3 I9 f& x- B• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

• Some knowledge of the services company provides9 l6 r7 _ f9 c" ]& F3 }+ M& \
• Strong computer skills

) n' a8 t2 q$ h; ?补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

; a) W! f" u4 T4 q; o. g有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
