JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
% q$ E! [5 m6 e* R$ J6 [The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as) t" B3 s* Z' M6 o5 F* l
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative) G m/ A/ W- D3 K
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable t1 _6 O0 t1 A, F9 h4 ~- I8 i
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly# y P: B8 g0 K7 u
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

5 d7 P3 }$ o3 y7 ~! m& M/ O' b% y• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
+ y6 q1 B J3 V1 |. p: l" d! }• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.0 V+ {; m# ]$ U4 D W
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
4 M6 S8 x! Y. r• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.1 C2 P7 |2 s2 C" _: r' A# n
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,6 c* u" v. @- ^& h) J" p
timelines and budgets
" @! F! r* \4 y1 H- U• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
7 u E) i+ k* T4 \company’s business goals and policies8 }/ t. [0 D& A( S
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

) ^4 |+ w, v, n' |• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required7 T" B4 C+ i- @, Y
• Some field operational experience

• Strong computer skills5 ~8 {7 F: S, `9 Z0 E( O
• Class 5 licence.

1 G) V9 Q; k% e补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。# G! D! r% w1 N. I, x5 W
* N: x( A' \$ U有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。, _4 M: Z6 e0 F1 l8 h, g9 m

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
