JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
9 Q9 ]! s" K" j- p2 f# ]5 { jThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as! H/ `5 @3 K8 O9 W
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
. [9 c- _# \( D; F/ _* Jand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
% ?4 d/ [3 L$ a, M8 m, }% fcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
# I+ u8 i9 w: U B/ N• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.' |: P; }/ n( J" V1 k! b) G) ~
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
, O. C9 p8 n1 E' f& H0 r) u/ E' b/ e• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
/ k5 y8 v! [8 a, q* A; Q3 q) d• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment. n( ]! Q c, k" r+ s
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,/ |# J" y" b6 \5 u0 ?7 R
timelines and budgets
( Q. R9 X. D. w3 E5 I• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
' t. g& B& h1 z& G' _% o% @1 Lcompany’s business goals and policies

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE# u$ s$ w8 B$ {
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
. E) b8 j, v6 [+ n4 F• Some field operational experience
1 t2 S; Q2 T4 c1 I- I# m9 _• Some knowledge of the services company provides
6 V# H9 ^( L2 R• Strong computer skills: j( y$ A, T. w/ ]) L
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

9 b8 ~7 N0 X4 b& T3 k3 `有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
