JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
) D6 Y4 {# \* JThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as6 ~, e! j8 g5 I) z! Z
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
9 Q2 A: a8 L- D, x* I2 e9 ]0 J" @• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.8 G4 ^' K3 H( b, D+ B( a4 ~5 T
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.5 x, [) P, @# B( J
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.% W2 K, H5 y- o( l0 W
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
# A) |' b2 X+ R# W( I; x) L• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

9 {& p1 ` e% c1 _• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.( g, q! _6 p7 [& a
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE3 l Q. t5 s; d- t* v
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
' o9 P6 f+ Y5 W: j• Some field operational experience* J3 `5 j+ F4 Y- }& \
• Some knowledge of the services company provides

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。1 {* Z8 {; o0 r* X5 s6 h( X
* t2 Q# |& @. B+ {7 T4 R有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

7 q1 o+ r9 w. Q* }9 W3 W, E由于收到大量简历和邮件, 现在报名截止. 请后面的朋友不要再发简历了. 虽然收到了很多朋友的简历,但是我不可能全部推荐上去,只能找背景和条件都相对比较符合的1-2人推荐上去. 希望没有收到我回复的朋友不要灰心,继续move on.

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
