The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as% J c/ A3 Y* j' I+ U
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative3 c# L4 h/ S4 U, \" {+ ?1 q( O( m
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable/ j$ x- l, f! b! L) {3 N
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.5 k- g0 s2 F y- f
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.9 X, \: X0 m. P
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.) j. f9 t1 w' U0 d/ T
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required, f5 A) O# B0 L! Z. G s
• Some field operational experience+ Y+ z! h3 V# J* w3 d
• Some knowledge of the services company provides$ v ]! T4 C# m7 _9 ?3 f
• Strong computer skills3 _& d! Z* Z8 g) o: t% ^
• Class 5 licence. \9 k" ?+ }$ F2 _' h( D

& D, t* `% x% C( [) V补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
