JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
. H( ]0 E, x, ~) E7 V2 hThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as: @! e0 b# v. G a% `
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
' Y5 b) d$ j% d" n( Gand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable( D/ u+ D! c7 h1 |$ B/ \) `
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.5 \8 |1 H6 ^& s- M
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.2 i2 I F8 h% h3 \- k+ Q) a
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.3 [% |2 n6 R' j" b' A& L }
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
( @6 ]1 K6 R B• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring; Y' O3 [7 I' `0 W1 D; G
company’s business goals and policies

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
( ?* X5 F& u% s• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required5 }3 s1 N0 h1 X5 ]* {
• Some field operational experience
; [: V }2 c. v5 P7 e" z. z8 y& l• Some knowledge of the services company provides

; R. e7 d$ p" g1 F) \9 i6 y补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
