JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS; D" r/ e/ E" Q6 i5 b
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as' ?+ K( r: p+ K
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative- I; K% ?# a5 J
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
' w# F4 J; P. G, f& wcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly' e9 e( q# \$ i$ ]" g7 e
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations0 h' j3 T |8 z2 c0 u1 k8 ^0 l- d

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES" \1 X7 v. E- l
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
. W* w' O* [( J# r1 R/ c• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.# V }# A# k0 \2 _, x* B
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.6 s' z* F9 V: x/ M
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
3 Q8 ?+ A* q1 i$ T• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
$ W/ ^: h: F8 O& rtimelines and budgets+ e' r/ I2 ^% ^3 U+ }' D2 o I1 i/ u
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
% @/ t5 M4 Z1 A4 ^" G0 Ycompany’s business goals and policies
3 Q8 V; ]6 k, v$ N6 C; O6 b+ T• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
W7 Q9 Z5 O. Q+ C1 ~% eEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
: n5 X: z; N4 y• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required7 U* h; O1 u5 q# T% r2 @& j0 g* w; _
• Some field operational experience
+ }5 n" G9 W& N! K* a& x• Some knowledge of the services company provides
V/ P, R/ y ~1 G' y4 [• Strong computer skills/ h. C7 f( N' z4 X
• Class 5 licence.

; {2 G+ l0 ?" I0 }- D- ~/ o: n. Q. r补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。# A/ h+ d. e& u
