TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR
) t% _, I. K8 \2 C# Q' a% B# HJOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS {; j z9 A& \8 t4 Q
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as8 I* b2 ^) V7 O6 l R2 C" U' P
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
8 G! r2 B6 d* r) Mand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
2 A {" z( W) |coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly; \! p7 |+ M7 c! Q3 L
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES4 \- Q- A- c! ]9 x$ c8 ]# C J( v0 N
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
) N5 x& z* ]* ^4 T: X• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment. F8 g! H! l0 }3 d2 B
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
! ?! [8 x7 {/ B" _- n/ [5 P ]; J3 y• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment./ q: l' M4 x. R" H1 _) n, h
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

" R) o# s P5 S0 b! ]+ G• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring( c9 f* j4 h/ f# m

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.$ |9 t3 j/ W2 t' v+ x
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
: m7 M2 {! N1 l! x, C7 G• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
* L8 U4 |, f9 b8 c& U' ?• Some field operational experience' [* g K3 G7 O& l4 g$ |
• Some knowledge of the services company provides

• Class 5 licence.

5 f: P% ^/ Q, K0 a m2 k补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

) {! x8 n. h! r0 |有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
