If your parents are 移民, you don't have to buy health insurance for them.

% ]) G* K5 C) a5 I! o; PThe qualification depends on Residency, not have to be immigrants. Also, The Eligiable medical expenses include "premiums paid to private health services plans", so the health insurance could qualify for the claim.

那么visitor可以报吗？这个是主要问题。
