Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:3 C! ~" ?( J% t, t

• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.7 P: B. L$ u& H j4 g+ @
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. 9 s" I% M* X* c4 ^0 T- A9 M
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
! V. n+ c2 @ G2 s5 D• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.& `$ o$ ~8 } d8 r
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.4 q; C) O5 o' d& R7 G
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).( l5 s G6 R% @; \/ T7 w
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.! t' W6 c, |: e, @
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.% \5 l0 X2 n( f, T. M( }
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.$ ]1 h& m+ Z+ |! z8 n+ r3 w! k
• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

Requirements:
- T0 u5 Q. y3 x: ?• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. : I+ \* P, }% L8 i/ @ P2 F
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
& G9 s4 X5 L% C6 ?8 X• Strong Union Relations experience required.
5 l T. F% L: Q7 n7 C% H9 P• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
