• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. ( ~, I) `* ^0 Z( s7 ]+ ]
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates." A" |1 A/ ~7 [4 i
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.1 }. b B8 L( ~- |& j
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.) _/ x6 i6 a0 w+ y; l
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).7 G1 ` H+ }5 V1 C
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

Qualifications
2 j2 X, M: n5 k; BRequirements:- m k4 f* t# ?! z" }3 n( M* O0 b' b
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. 6 }3 i5 G2 C, _. k6 x4 r
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. - M {8 F3 I! T0 D% \
• Strong Union Relations experience required. 0 n! C/ H/ ?$ T) D1 j: E
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
