大家还买不买 RSP 了?

发个贴,心中有些疑惑。请高人指点,大家畅所欲言

之前每年都买RSP ,逼近可以少交些收入税。。。最近和一位资深会计师吃饭,人家提议不要买太多RSP 了,为什么呢?人家说了,第一,这个钱进了RSP , 等于LOCK 了,平时有些大事小情拿出来都不方便。 第二, 以后国家发养老金的时候,也看你的RSP , 你有钱了,养老金就给少了。。。你要没钱,国家给满额。

想想离拿养老金是很遥远很遥远的日子, 不知道那个时候是什么政策呢(现在拿养老金都要延迟了,但我们那个时候估计。。。哎,不说了)。。。但理财规划要做好,钱,资产捏在自己手中最放心。

别开玩笑了,等我们退休了,估计有一半以上的人都在拿退休金。国家那点点钱,哪够啊!!!不过,可以投资股票,债券,房屋等等,不用非买RRSP不可。

there's a lot you need to consider before you decide to buy or not to buy RRSP. both can work for you, depending on your situation.; I0 G% }7 {& q- A" o0 y5 a

if you are nearing retirement and you have low income, there's really no point in making RRSP contributions. you will not make much investment returns and your government pension will be reduced based on how much you you have in RRSP. and because your income is low, you will not see much tax returns either.
+ S+ f1 a# M$ g* L7 H) c5 l
+ v) y* X( `! \# N; F$ [if you are young and have a long way to go before retiring, or if you are making good income, i would still suggest you to invest into RRSP. the main reasons are:
- z( Y4 T4 T; Y# f( b+ v1 S- U
& P% E8 b4 X8 _1, you defer taxes until you start to withdraw. so therefore the tax you would be paying now is making investment returns for you over the term of investment. when you start to withdraw, you should be at a lower income bracket and consequently means you'll pay myuch less tax at the end.
* x& u0 S9 g: d7 I) D8 K
, d+ y( U& {7 x( v0 b8 y2 m2, it's true that if you have RRSP savings, the government pension will be less. but what you should know is government pension has never been that much money to begin with. the only thing government is going to do with the pension they pay you is to ensure you can survive and not die of starvation. the only way to not let government know that you have personal savings is to have all your savings in cash form, hidden from everything else. as soon as you put it in a bank, the interest you make will generate tax forms and right away the government will know how much money you've saved and they'll reduce your pension plans anyways.

- e( z) _: E* w$ r% s3, we're at the time of when the baby boomers are retiring and they're all looking for pension plans from the government to support their retirement. which really means the government is going to be really tight for money by the time we retire. who is going to know if the government will change their pension plan policy 10 years from now to reduce the pension payout? so really, the only way to ensure you have a good saving to support your retirement is to do it yourself. # L8 C: c$ j8 z

0 j1 f( f) D; c2 U( g; K9 t+ i! `google 一下RRSP vs TFSA,具体买什么、怎么买才能利益最大化,则需要具体情况具体分析,最好当然是找个会计师帮你规划一下。

有闲钱可以考虑买点,毕竟能退税啊,现在利率这么低,放银行里也没啥意思,除非你有更好的投资方式。

我的看法是,如果你交36%以上的税,肯定应该买,否则看具体情况吧。9 O4 L- H  O; Z3 L. n' l5 x8 [
买RRSP,我觉得最大的好处两个: 一个当然是少交税,第二呢,那36%本来是交给了别人的钱,现在多出来了在你的账户了为你增值,比如说年收益5%, 20年,数学好的人可以算算。

3 万 7 一下估计 35% 的税,然后根据工资增长 逐渐递增

买RRSP是否合算,要根据具体情况而定。
) S, L; F  E- D- B1。如果是偏低收入,本可以有政府养老金,你买RRSP政府就少给了。所以不如不买,或者少买。
8 _, h2 _% y8 @- j. ]; t9 w( a2。如果收入很高,并且善于投资,也不宜买RRSP,因为将来集中取出,税率会很高,而且你的投资收益在普通帐户,是资本增值,税率是income收入的一半。 RRSP取出时,全算income税率。

前提是,你存钱是为了养老的,应排除中彩票,和赌输了要把RRSP全取出来还债的极端例子。
8 E& z5 s. t9 P& V下面是我的理解:
2 S; a. U2 O6 N' o如果你现在税率36%,退休后税率25%。你的投资收益5%,税前100,你现在税后可以拿到64去投资,假设这64投到TFSA,以后你一分钱税都不用交。
5 U6 \# n! r* f$ _* S& U3 C) x9 d% {100刀投入RRSP,20年后税后归你的钱:
# v$ F1 C: @* v100X1.05^20X75%=199
/ B* c+ _/ W) T7 Y8 @$ b+ u, y  X64刀投入到TFSA:(要是投入常规账户,交完增值税后更少)

$ Z! W# w% L4 O4 d! z# @0 _! b
$ d% A% o5 L/ x+ k3 T2 _2 ], y& F0 f$ X
让我把数字弄醒目一点:) Q* _* z0 _2 x; {7 j7 f, f
你现在22000刀投入到RRSP,或选择22000X64%=税后14080投入到其他账户,如果都按年收益10%算,20年后你税后到手的钱,从RRSP账户要多得15000刀。

如果有余钱,我觉得不说36%, 就算32%的税率率也还是值得考虑买一些RRSP的,当然不能买的太多,主要是考虑自己手头还是要有些可随时流动的钱。至于政府给的Pension个人感觉还是不要指望太多的好,主要还得靠自己啊
