* Y9 M9 M" G# p, k  ~•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
& A9 ~$ Z' D9 v0 r& A* K2 G, R•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 G3 |7 n3 e( X; f! `  l& i•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
: @  J% j" H6 ^9 E•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

% l$ I' ?2 P9 K' \, t•        Completion of secondary education is required
/ Q( j0 R  h" `, Z% a2 }$ W- I% i•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
0 P+ W# G) p4 e8 R& U* W" R, ?$ j8 q  y•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
# x3 n, d( b, H6 d/ a# e5 v) P•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
