Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
+ T4 o. A$ [0 ]  D  H$ h7 Y: _•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
# q! u7 b7 d( C2 W0 B2 D1 g: t•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
9 p, x* q' t$ U: n8 c8 U+ q  `; P; E•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
( b  F& f) s2 ^, ?: H0 A% E•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
; g4 ]" F5 U; d3 M$ @: V5 t" e  E, U•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
% ]4 o5 L5 M! T# U8 u8 k•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

8 G% i0 @: W5 k7 ?8 y/ D•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
- F! D1 }& _8 S" g6 Y+ U, b0 }•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
7 p  t4 Y6 S# _* F/ k•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
