Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
0 A' t5 \# O; v: X3 d( T% j+ Z•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
6 {: q, a5 s6 @& ]•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
; r- s$ e$ ?( i0 [  E5 a•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
% R/ P( O% p6 a  {7 n•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
4 W" {$ W8 x8 C•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
/ n6 G1 d  F* R% O% r: |% \: T6 h•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
