*Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall
" P2 u1 Z8 g& j' L* m% N7 _ *around 400k
5 ^ ^) o2 A& O w *resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.

With the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?
