*resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.! e2 M. b N- Y3 Z* F' X
*Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants

With the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?
