weeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.% U2 T3 T( z0 _7 F2 {9 i6 z

Snack: 3:15pm to 3:45pm
% l6 w& k( F9 p5 q' C# TRhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm+ b6 _( {, F2 p V4 P' y; q( ?
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support" {/ r7 O7 `+ |+ m h* g, o4 [/ T
their child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for
* `3 o1 G5 s$ W- k( X% Fchildren that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an
2 F8 c, I6 M: q0 `6 Aoral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It2 H; u( w4 _" @9 _
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,
% Z: F6 [8 [$ t- N+ i3 ?1 L+ Q+ Ufun, and supportive environment.0 K& p& `1 F5 H- c& F8 a
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No
$ n! t! j( ]0 v' ^! t% Kregistration is required; a snack will be provided.
