5 ]5 Q2 R6 P1 _/ \0 K& u- L2 j# C- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to provide services for Chinese community
) { O$ h1 S. Z2 A5 `- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services
8 T; D6 E3 r( w" D, W# a. O# O- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services
- V9 c, l5 |; h) b1 u& ]- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
- i7 e0 ^4 C' }- coordinate good will activities
- K2 i" K! u" P- coordinate and send out quarterly newsletter to members
/ r8 \$ r0 e3 t- \, f- submit information for community news X* [4 E3 T. D% E
- prepare and send AGM information to members
: I! L8 ^. `9 m6 f& u+ i% y& A2 u1 G- assist in special events coordinating: Open House, AGM, Volunteer Appreciation, etc.

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre1 e$ t M" S- \3 g1 R, e' N
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services2 r/ [4 v2 d1 o5 R) l
- assist in writing proposal for ISP( j9 v) P$ O/ D( a
- write quarterly and final reports for ISP5 e; I! N/ A" E9 |/ K; O+ L
- explore new ideas for ISP
9 A5 T( a1 @" ^( t( h0 L0 V6 b! m- hold regular meetings with ISP team

- update membership database

4 B# `6 y' K) m2 f s. t" D0 N. m- degree in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education 5 r" u9 \7 ?1 H, I) N) z4 u
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
0 k2 w$ W* \; c5 I7 Z- experience in community work and immigrant services
" C7 ~3 o7 }- v) j- ability to coordinate workshops and seminars; y0 Y+ V8 h5 P5 J! F1 m
- leadership skills
6 y( k9 s! V( _5 v q3 t# E- exceptional communication, interpersonal skills
