• Complete and post staff schedules . c1 I# ^: z! ~- k
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
# f" D# L+ o+ k6 D5 i' m0 I; e U• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management8 S2 l7 z0 g3 X3 p+ B
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff, Y# h- s: v: U' D" m
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date, C( w+ L- b- Q( D
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed% f7 n; [% e* b, u0 R
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
' Q: l6 r9 o8 f) f" S! x* ~5 l% y• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
4 ~, @& l0 I) C8 T2 o7 CExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset, Y7 d2 @% h! c% @) G
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
( C; c+ b( J% \4 @& M6 @Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
