" i$ N; e3 y( j2 m, z5 E1 e• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
' y7 I3 n: J3 N) l% h* [+ L• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management- N, ^# x) q! A3 n4 P) d' S
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
8 P: Q8 z$ o% H; m2 M• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
* w0 ^2 J8 }' w9 ^• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
; P: | ^2 b0 V- S7 W4 |• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

4 N5 s7 L9 m& d/ K" }Education: Completion of secondary school is required% [3 Z5 c, |" T5 Z& E4 M
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset4 A' g* r8 T' q1 N7 J
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)/ }# l& {1 H2 q# \& e6 H7 E4 o/ ?
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
