• Complete and post staff schedules
$ [+ j8 u" ]+ `; ~% Y- ~' l! V) ~• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines! b6 @2 n+ @9 P( n B
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management* d) \4 |; d. k& W6 V
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
7 d4 Q0 y) p. |8 Q4 C8 f! c& D• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date/ H) r \. w$ L
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed* g7 r) u. @1 Z# Z& c& M9 H/ s; N
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees4 n) U+ s1 a# C- v1 _7 j* j
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales/ p# `3 R% [7 j" E1 O) d
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

) r, i6 t3 D; ^2 kPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
