Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
$ [+ j8 u" ]+ `; ~% Y- ~' l! V) ~•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
7 d4 Q0 y) p. |8 Q4 C8 f! c& D•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
+ Y7 N% w2 Z, V( {  s! C# \•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

+ M* U' t* o! b& I# W. j2 oEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
# P* m3 c5 e2 rCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
) r, i6 t3 D; ^2 kPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
