• Complete and post staff schedules % C# A$ ]) S8 H2 ~
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines! h5 [! Z% O& M3 T% N
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management+ R# q, f/ e+ A6 H
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff- w8 g, c @1 [( ~
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
" N. T4 P8 Q" ]6 Z7 g$ t• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed

• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales2 r2 R j+ M3 S" ~
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
' ]& \1 l7 c7 N& f. ECredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)3 r3 d$ o8 z( K7 t3 }
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
