Job Description:
% V$ p0 _' ^7 f; `• Complete and post staff schedules
9 M- q- S! q" I• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed/ P. s% H: J3 ?: E" `9 B
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees' s: `3 H+ [9 c* f8 e
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales2 U3 P p, _1 j( d% v5 A2 B
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management ! _" G& h% u' C1 G4 h4 L
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway6 R: X- }: L( y
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:1 `1 V0 H. Y( z8 Q# R) Z6 r

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset. H/ P/ h# g6 Q+ u0 X; p
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)$ j! P' |5 J4 w8 s s
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion7 h- X+ C# p) c2 ^* }& }% L
