求助 關於薪水

大家好
有件事困擾很久
9 M- V) h( L# h0 Z2 U我即將於今年四月畢業
畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
0 X9 s2 `3 _) |: K最近公司給我offer
提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
+ ]  X* W- c1 A+ e然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
想來想去還是覺得不對
* i  G$ \1 y' W: O: f已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
$ o7 y# n8 m# M該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?
