The successful candidate will:

! C7 E( l( S- Y* f6 c: C5 sParticipate in the software/component development lifecycle
Participate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
Follow the organization’s software development processes including quality assurance and version control
, k6 l) W# ]+ w: N  ]3 oDesign/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.
/ R# C+ M  B: SThe successful candidate will have:

" m( U: v. L) g7 ?* E% jPost secondary training in Computer Science or Engineering (Minimum 2-Year Program)
3 X9 a- x: V, A; Z4 G4 p- k% ]3-5 years in web application development
: Y5 W6 l) H3 A/ u- N3 E, ~Strong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
& E# i3 N& c& R3 \4 A; D, \2 cMS SQL development and administration skills
0 h/ n' E" Y( V- e6 mExcellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
Experience with Visual Studio
5 A+ D" o. ~' F! T$ sThe icing on the cake:

Knowledge of REST and WCF
5 A+ S2 U6 m4 e: NKnowledge of COM/DCOM, OPC, Modbus, Industrial Historian Databases
$ L$ }; e3 f4 H0 B& lKnowledge of development components  such as TeamCity, Subversion, and Redmine

其实５万工资是一个刚毕业IT学生的起点工资，一般来讲，有本科学历的DEVELOPER起点工资是这么多，只有一年工作经验完全可以试下，楼上要是有意向，可以和我联系，谈谈你做的东西。
INTERMEDIATE这个活动空间比较大，没有必要被吓到了。我现在做的是SENIOR DEVELOPER和TEAM LEAD，有的公司要求是最少是七年工作经验，其实我工作才整５年，而且这个职位我已经做了半年了，你要觉的自己能力够了，尝试下也不是没有可能。

不要觉的5万工资是那么难赚，其实ALBERTA这个地方，普通找个LABOUR搬家都15-20一小时了，不象论坛里一位大神说的那样，会计毕业给你2万你就感恩戴德了。中国人找工作其实就是两点欠缺，自信和语言，好好准备，一切兼有可能。GOOD LUCK！
