The successful candidate will:

Participate in the software/component development lifecycle
Participate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
Follow the organization’s software development processes including quality assurance and version control
6 C; _3 ?# n. X0 X# l  kDesign/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.
The successful candidate will have:
; J- G5 y# ^% f. u; T
- u+ M% z  T6 [5 Q, _/ KPost secondary training in Computer Science or Engineering (Minimum 2-Year Program)
3-5 years in web application development
Strong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
MS SQL development and administration skills
; k) t+ x8 R" o1 R; bExcellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
& [$ {# `$ N8 s; J% `0 PExperience with Visual Studio
The icing on the cake:

Knowledge of REST and WCF
5 Y  Z3 Z- ]& B& rKnowledge of COM/DCOM, OPC, Modbus, Industrial Historian Databases
$ L# a8 X7 f' w" e" ^% AKnowledge of development components  such as TeamCity, Subversion, and Redmine

可惜只有1年多点经验

其实５万工资是一个刚毕业IT学生的起点工资，一般来讲，有本科学历的DEVELOPER起点工资是这么多，只有一年工作经验完全可以试下，楼上要是有意向，可以和我联系，谈谈你做的东西。
INTERMEDIATE这个活动空间比较大，没有必要被吓到了。我现在做的是SENIOR DEVELOPER和TEAM LEAD，有的公司要求是最少是七年工作经验，其实我工作才整５年，而且这个职位我已经做了半年了，你要觉的自己能力够了，尝试下也不是没有可能。


- d1 e; b7 M" Q不要觉的5万工资是那么难赚，其实ALBERTA这个地方，普通找个LABOUR搬家都15-20一小时了，不象论坛里一位大神说的那样，会计毕业给你2万你就感恩戴德了。中国人找工作其实就是两点欠缺，自信和语言，好好准备，一切兼有可能。GOOD LUCK！
