This resource will be responsible for the following:

, z' J7 E% j: h4 R7 q  D•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
! ]! h- F) Q! c' O0 S# K•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
! e$ L! [0 [! T•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
1 J) V4 L; b8 K5 C# i5 b•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
' }0 E) k1 \) q+ K8 ?6 d8 v•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
  \) @: d0 ]9 \•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
7 a5 }7 A  L% e9 n" E( [•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
" M* z! [" |0 w. s. J: A% w•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
% J: t$ L2 s4 @# ^) j' i* H•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
9 A. n6 ?6 q6 V" ?1 u1 f•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
