The Home Buyer's Plan allows you to borrow funds from your RRSP to purchase your first home. Here are some of the key facts:

6 r4 v' L. V7 o: Q6 \8 }5 a, XThe funds must have been on deposit at least 90 days before you withdrew them.
At least 1/15 of the funds must be repaid each year, beginning two years after the funds were withdrawn.

9 G& _1 X1 S2 n/ a/ o1 O# bYou can only participate in the program once.

当然不行了, the plan is only for a first-time home buyer!

怎么定义first buyer呢？要是买两套房子，是以签合同的时间呢，还是take posession的时间为准？要是一套房子签约在3月份，但是要等到下一年才能搬进去，另外一套房子签约在7月份，但是同一年的10月份就能搬进去，那哪一套应该算是第一次购买的呢？谢谢。

- {0 D5 }2 P1 D1 z$ R9 I$ S我的观点是， FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, 应该以你签订正式的购房合同的时间为准，但最终的裁定属于CANADA REVENUE AGENCY SERVICE。
