As I know, their electrical power engineering and instrument engineering have been full because they have told students that and put them on waiting list, but when I called them and asked them why they didn't tell the students about that when they called and asked before they applied on-line, they said they didn't give that information out, and your choice to apply or not, and they still tell student to apply them until Aug. 1st.
I think you can ask how many students are taken and how many in waiting list. , R; t. g t$ {# D. x$ ] 8 Q4 z" M6 s4 l! B' Z8 ~It is your decision to apply or not.! h. |* X8 r$ v; E) P- t* o# ?
