看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。

Note: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.
* e' |3 H, |! J1 q3 P# O8 IBabies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:- @' i" `# S' P
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)( O4 u8 o9 j, m; ]: s
5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)
; a' c& `1 b( d' d" ]5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.
% A* V& N h7 q! \3 a) d7 p6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)
4 c- [6 o& q( v2 X, ]8 H7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)* E$ M2 r5 `* W5 Z8 M: I
8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).3 u3 ^$ W% G% p6 t: K: E
10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)& f8 B) H H& K$ }' F: R! {5 L; y
IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.' I! R! R5 d, o4 V$ r" q& d
1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.
! u9 v- Q6 g' b# O% n2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.
. K+ s% w* P' [4 X3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.. L+ S% T/ y, B9 O3 A
4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.- z8 }4 o. \( y" N6 ~
5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.
